We had the most amazing afternoon tea here today, the food was delicious and the staff were lovely. Great that it was dog friendly too. Such a shame that it is so far away from where we live but will definitely return if ever in Plymouth again �

This afternoon myself, my mum, and mother in law came in for a late Mother’s Day treat of afternoon tea. The service was second to none, the food was incredible and the atmosphere was lovely as always. As for the scones......OMG......the BEST scones we had ever tasted!! I can’t recommend them enough! There was so much food that we all had to take some home, it was just scrumptious! All of the staff were welcoming, polite, and couldn’t do enough for us...we felt very spoilt!

My son (who is a fuss pot!) just wanted a sausage and the ladies were happy to accommodate which was nice as our random requests aren’t always welcomed elsewhere!! He’s already planning his next visit! Thank you all again, we’ll look forward to seeing you all again soon :)

This afternoon i and my collegues visited Mrs Browns cafe , been greeted with smile and huge welcome, cafe is located in central location, succesfully established ,dog friendly /family orientated enviroment and very highly recomended , so Ursus-the St Bernard come along too and he felt very relaxed .With Such fantastic atmosphere here , fantastic service and freshly made , delicious food ,cafe has huge popularity in city and I really enjoyed this afternoon too,cakes also looked delicious like piece of art, havent tried yet, but definately will be back soon to get one:)

There’s no doubt in my mind that me and my partner will be paying a visit to this cafe again!!!!!!

Thank you so much Georgie for all your hard work and for making my hen party so special! The afternoon tea and my Easter egg hot chocolate were delicious! 100% recommend Mrs Browns to anyone.

Sorry it’s late. Came in on the 11th May for afternoon tea with my family. Fantastic food and lovely staff. They made are afternoon and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend visiting, good luck decided what to eat though as it’s all fabulous.

So today we visited for the first time and Mrs Brown's has now become my new happy place.

I had a pulled pork melt and it was amazing!!!

Couldn't leave without a box of traybakes.

This little man loved it too.

If my wife doesn't book me an afternoon tea here for my birthday then she simply doesn't listen, because I have hinted all day!!!!

So after seeing pictures of the amazing cakes on here for months we finally made the trip just to try them out and we were not disappointed! Cakes tasted delicious and the staff were so friendly and welcoming that it was hard not to smile. We will definitely be back to try some more �

Popped in this morning and picked up 2 of ur amazing treat box's they have gone down a treat with the birthday day and my lil man xx very 1 was so friendly and helpful wud definitely recommend xx thank you so much

Love Mrs Browns and all their delicious makes and bakes. Everything is always so tasty and fun. My husband and I love treating ourselves to a selection of tray bakes or cakes at least every month! We're also really proud to support a local business run by such unbelievably hard working rock stars!

I went in here almost every day for around a year - it is by far my favourite thing about Plymouth.



All the food I ever had there was delicious, the staff were always sunny, smiling and wonderful, and I never had a bad experience.



Only drawback is how much I miss the place now I’ve moved away, especially when I see all the beautiful new changes and delicious food popping up on Facebook.

I just wanted to say thank you for making my daughter's birthday meal so lovely and special with those lovely pink fingers you made and decorated for her,My daughter loved them and so did my granddaughter xxxxx

Food was lovely and fresh but he service was extremely slow yesterday. We waited about 20mins for our two salads and others were waiting longer. They did give them free cakes to apologise mind and the cakes are amazing

Cannot recommend highly enough. I was surprised with a mrs Brown cake for my 40th birthday party yesterday. Everyone commented about how delicious the cake was and said it was out of this world and Totally agree! Thank you xx

Came in with my sister and twin nephews yesterday, the boys loved their cakes and so did we. Very yummy!! Would definitely recommend this place to everyone, staff very friendly and welcoming.

Best afternoon tea I have ever had, and I have even had one at the rock hotel in Gibraltar! Such good value for money, excellent service, such friendly staff and could ask for more or better, will definitely be back and will recommend to all my friends xx

Absolutely love this place both my work Colleagues and myself come here most days for lunch as work close to the cafe and always greeted by friendly and polite staff nothing is ever to much trouble and the food is to die for x

Absolutely brilliant place to eat, love the cupcakes and the food is amazing and brilliant value for money. Always feel welcome it’s like coming home after a long day, you are always greeted with a smile xxx
