Thank you so much for hosting an excellent birthday celebration Afternoon Tea for my 50th birthday. I cannot fault anything - everyone enjoyed their mini pamper, the Afternoon Tea was delicious and the drinks were plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble for my party of 15. We were made to feel at home and many of the ladies will be back to purchase the quirky shoes, individual handbags or an accessory for their home.

Such a lovely day. We were looked after really well from the minute we got there until we left. Excellent treatments, staff and surroundings. Would defo recommend and will be going back.

Lovely welcome, surroundings, staff and fantastic treatments. Sam did my mini manicure and Becky did my MumвҖҷs and we are both extremely impressed. Both of these ladies are very friendly and made us feel relaxed and offered a very professional service. I managed to catch my nail whilst it was drying, and the staff made sure that this was rectified before we left, and it was no problem for them at all. We aim to be back here for my baby shower in October, due to all of the reasons above, plus the afternoon tea is out of this world, and thereвҖҷs plenty to go around and the staff always offer refills and anything else to help!

Lovely surroundings, staff very friendly and attentive. Treatment was wonderful, relaxing and not rushed and it was only a mini treatment- think I would have nodded off with a full one as was so relaxed! Food was delicious, sandwiches were fresh and tasty and cakes were just too tempting! Great afternoon treat from my wonderful daughter. CanвҖҷt wait to go back!!

Lovely food, excellent friendly staff provide great service, wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Tiny criticism though, could do with variety of background music as same songs played over and over. Came twice last week for cream team which was amazing, sandwiches were so fresh and also lunch on MotherвҖҷs Day, lovely lunch of jacket potato ( huge! )with chilli and salad and meringue and strawberries for dessert- amazing! Pamper sessions were lovely, had back massage both times by lovely friendly informative staff. Will be looking to book in again very soon

I had my Hen Do (surprise) and I was really impressed. The place is gorgeous and had my favourite brand of Ruby Shoo there! The service was out of this world and the Afternoon Tea was stunning. I will definitely be visting again before my BIG day.
