Our morning gym club offers busy mums a fabulous workout, and childcare, all under one roof.

MUMS OF STEEL!

A morning workout, every weekday at 9. 30am!

We offer daily interval training workouts which cover; Core strength, cardio, strength, combat, agility, and functionality.

Weight loss, toning, muscle sculpture, health, and fitness.

Great crowd of people, no egos, all different ages, shapes and sizes, open to everyone.

On top of this, we offer free childcare for those that need it in our playroom situated a few feet from our workout area.

Oh, and a devilishly handsome, charming, instructor.

What more could you ask for?!
