Starting a new job today at the end of hythe pier. And the new signs are making an appearance 🤙

Up and over garage using Marley Ludlow plus tiles, black roofing remix mortar for all verges and ridges, pvc over clad all fascias and soffits.

If everybody could please share. A builder I work closely with has had there trailer stolen from there yard in fair oak, it’s distinctively sign written and is a tipper trailer. A reward for information to anyone or the return of it with in 24 hours. Many thanks

Little job completed.
2 broken tiles replaced to match existing 2 metre wide area of worn/torn felt removed and replaced, tiles put back.

PVC soffit, fascia, gutters and downpipes. PVC window frames and windows. Metal garage door and both front and back doors.
All soap sprayed and then jet washed off,... Windows vacuumed and seals wiped clean.

From Monday 8th April we will have the jet wash going for the summer. fascias, soffits, gutters, window seals etc can be jet washed and cleaned professionally and we have now added a vacuum to finish windows with no water marks.

2nd rubber roof that we completed last week.
Epdm rubber roof laid on a brand new outhouse with all trims and new black half round guttering and down pipe.

2 rubber roofs to tackle this week.
1st one complete, 3 layer felt roof worn on the edges removed, Split lead flashings removed. ... Rotten boards removed replaced with 18mm osb boards. over board of full roof and then epdm rubber roof installed with all trims.
New code 4 lead flashings New code 5 lead cheek to porch roof and brick pillar boxed. New pvc Cappit fascia to surrounds and cement work to porch verge.

Full chimney rake out and repoint. Re-flaunching around chimney pots. Supply and fit 2 chimney cappers.

* 2 chimneys raked out and repointed in areas needed. * chimney pots capped. * lead flashings coated with acrypol to seal. * lead valley coated with acrypol to seal.

A recent chimney that we cleaned of, primed with sbr solution and then re flaunched neatly to complete.

Today’s job.
Clear and dry out rainwater gulley
Seal with acrypol + with fibres paint

Job complete.
Renew old leaking 3 layer felt roof with new 18mm osb boards and epdm rubber roof with all trims.
Overclad all fascias with new pvc fascias and supply new guttering and downpipe.
... Re tile area of tile flashing. Repoint worn verge tiles.
Up there with my favourite jobs for transformation.
