Newcourt Community Centre is a new building off Topsham Road, Exeter. It is run by a group of local residents and has meeting rooms and halls to hire.

Opened in 2014, a brand new community centre for the people of Newcourt and beyond. Excellent facilities, with 5 rooms available to hire, 2 large halls, meeting and breakout rooms, kitchen facilities on both floors, car park, bicycle racks, toilets, lift to 1st floor, disabled facilities and an enclosed garden.
