Great idea .....but if you'd rather not spend 70 quid for the device and then a tenner for the adhesive packs simply run a length of elastoplast, zinc oxide or even sellotape or strawberry laces if that's your preference from an area between your shoulder blades to the base of your neck (maintain a good posture when you apply the tape!). Then every time you slouch the tape will be put under tension an act as a reminder! Simples!

I went to see Nick Steele when he first moved to Cornwall and I haven’t looked back. I cannot express my gratitude enough to Nick for helping me overcome pelvic, back and neck issues caused by horse riding, postural problems and falls.

Nick is highly skilled and knowledgeable. His professionalism and friendly character puts you at ease,making a session relaxed and enjoyable!

I have just taken my 8 week old son to see him for some cranio osteopathy,and we now have a content and happy baby (previously we had a very unhappy one who my gp said was fine just high maintenance). Thank you Nick!

I was 21 when I hurt my back and realised I was going to have back problems and be stiff and sometimes in pain for the rest of my life, years went by with nothing really helping untill my wife suggested seeing Danny I was a typical bloke and said iv seen and done everything before do you think I would go through feeling like this if someone could help! She twisted my arm and I went I'm now 31 and have had the last few years feeling amazing. I'm now pain free and have almost all my movement back for months and months at a time I think I even managed 12months this time lol. thank you Danny.

I used to have a fear of flying, infact I'm pretty sure my fear was worse than anyone else's!! Since seeing Danny I have flown to Australia/Singapore/Bali and Kuala Lumpur alone, jumped out of a plane (with a parachute!) and been in a helicopter! I love to fly now and I'm currently travelling around Australia!! Book in with Danny!!!! He really is the best! Anyway, I'm just about to fly to cairns now lol. This is the life!!!! Thanks Danny xx
