NLFitness was originally established in 2009 with the aim of improving health and fitness in a range of people through intelligent training, practical, enjoyable nutrition and habit based lifestyle changes. Over the years this has proved very successful, time and time again.
The NLFitness Training Centre offers a range of services geared at helping as many people as possible. No matter your starting point, we meet you there and work with you every step of the way, educating you through the journey and teaching you systems you can use for the rest of your life.
We have a cracking team of coaches all with different specialities and coaching styles.
