Every time I go to oceana I have amazing service and the safe there are amazing and lovely. I have had a booth there a few times and the women that work in the red dresses are so nice and polite . It always a good night out every time a group of us go out. The DJ plays amazing music in all 3 rooms and it’s a great place to put out in town for a good laugh and dance. �

Had such a good time for my birthday and VIP service was good. Only down sides are: disco room stinks of urine so badly! And the bouncer on the front door? Small man syndrome!! So rude.

And 1 of the bouncers is a prick really 4 throwing Me Into a table and spilling bottles of bud left , Right n centre! Just cause I attempted a lil twerk routine on the Far North Podium The Place Is A Overall JOKE.. I predict if any 1 tries to enjoy themselves there at any point during the weekend! When leaving to look for my sister we got kicked out my boyfriend got pinned up against the wall and searched when we mentioned we were looking for my sister. They were not nice at all and left a vulnerable girl on her own. There was 4 guards against the one guy. Pinned him against a wall. When there are so many more people doing drugs and that in the club. Search the people properly. The priorities of the club is all wrong. I once loved this place but after today my opinion has changed

Gotta give a two star rating after last night. I literally enjoy this club so much but last night me and my friend went to get a drink. the bar tender guy made the drink put it on the side meanwhile me and my friend were just talking then we looked back to see where the drink was to pay the guy and it was gone. He then said to me I CANT SERVE YOU I was just like where the hell would I of been able to put that drink. In the end after much persuasion that we didn’t take the drink he finally made us another one and we paid him but then it made it very hard throughout the night to get a drink because he was avoiding serving us. I don’t get how he could say we stole it as we were literally buying a drink together and if we took it we would of up and left. It’s not like we could of gone to the other bar either as it wasn’t open. I just was unhappy with this service and I think before you accuse someone of stealing fine you evidence first like there are cameras everywhere. I won’t not go back to the club I just think they need to improve on there customer service ����

Why is it that only male guests get searched by security but female guests don't? Isn't this a bit sexist? You can't search one gender and not the other. Either search both or don't search at all. Surely this defeats the whole point of keeping certain stuff out of the club??

What a shame to not accept a girl who have back problems because she wears "Timberland shoes" for the simplest reason that she can't wear any kind of high heels.... Really disappointed and I don't recommend this night club to anyone except if you like the way they treat handicap people. I will never go there again.

The people that work here have disgusting manners (if that’s what you’d call them) my boyfriend got banned because he was NEAR a fire exit, one of the workers came stomping over saying “your going home mate, you just went near the fire exit” they actually took hes ID and scanned it so he’s banned for something so stupid!! I’ve never been somewhere and had the workers speak to us the way they did it’s was disgusting.

The difference between boys and girls is a joke, you refused me entrance when I talk to each bouncer and then pull me aside and tell me to leave? If I was too drunk the first bouncer would've said I cant come in but with no reason the second bouncer told me to go? Then when a girl came up stumbling around and asking where all her friends are and that she couldn't stand you say "yeah love you can go in thats fine"? Like seriously? I was with all my mates and you gave no reason and told me to leave, yet when you asked me what I had to drink you didn't even let me answer? You need to sort this out as its a joke, you let a girl in who had to hold on to the support of the metal barrier yet refused me and gave no reason for it? Cannot be the first time this has happened.

The bouncers and staff are really rude. They think they can get away with it because most people are drunk and don’t remember the next day. I always remember. The same music gets repeated if you stay for about 4 hours you will notice if your sober or tipsy. It’s just basically a meat market for anyone that wants sex. I don’t rate this club as good anymore. It’s just boring and a waste of time.

Rubbish! Didn’t let us in because one person had a champion tshirt on on a student night? wouldn’t bother coming again! fair enough if it was as full tracksuit, but jeans and a Tshirt? Ridiculous!! Needs new management by the sounds of it

Prioritised entry for girls (pulled out of the queue to the front) with reason given that it was due to licencing - found to be false and a likely breach of the Sex Dicrimination Act (ie. illegal) and yet no response from Head Office after ~2 weeks and a follow up email (seems to be a regular complaint scrolling through the reviews on here)

Never usually have an issue with this place but last night changed that!... Witnessed the most disgusting situation last night in Oceana (28/10/17) me and my friend Emily Fae Marshall found a girl completely unresponsive in the ladies toilets in disco, my friend went and alerted staff whilst I tried to keep the girl in a position of not hitting her head and choking on her own sick.. my friend then came back and me, her and a lovely member of staff who was very thankful towards us wmanaged to get the girl on the floor and into the recovery position, another member of staff who was supposedly a 'manager' then came in and very rudely and patronisingly proceeded to tell me and Emily that we weren't capable of doing first aid cause we had had a drink even though we had done all of this before she even got to the toilet, she then told us to leave very rudely even though this girl was on her own with no belongings and we had already probably helped a situation that could have got even worse and she was happily letting all different members of male staff in and out the toilet even though the poor girl was in no decent position.. this woman just had no respect for anyone and I think it's a disgusting way for a 'manager' to treat people!

Haven't been since I was 20, 27 now and clearly not been missing out. Over inflated prices and egos. The door staff and inside security just come across as absolute predators, I witnessed them bullying vulnerable people for their own sick and twisted entertainment. The venue itself is a shit pit, with some areas beyond unsanitary. Disco absolutely reeks of piss aswell, as a plumber I'm guessing your stack is backed up from a build up of sediment in the pipes, which you need to sort out.

Cannot deal with the price of drinks whilst the venue puts the heating on full whack so you buy more and then proceeding to allow 4 of us in out of our group of 5, then stopping our one friend whislt we were all walking together for a bag search and refusing to allow any of us to wait for her and told us to move along when you could clearly see we were all together why not bag search us? What makes me laugh most is you let her pay her £6 entry first before trying to find something to remove her for. Was it because she wasn't wearing heels? Did you find her leggings and top offensive? Tad ridiculous if you ask me.

Arrived after having one pint, the bouncer didn’t let me in and was quite rude about it because I couldn’t understand his accent when he asked me if I was good. Came back later and got let in. Then got a drink for £4, paid for it as the barman turned round to make it. He called me a liar and said I hadn’t paid for it, then took my drink away which I’d just paid for. Customer service clearly isn’t a thing in this shithole and the bouncers are a bunch of wankers. If you’re after a good night out go to switch

After one of your bouncers seriously damaging my friends neck by restraining him and throwing him to the floor, several of my friends tried to assist and stop the violence. As a consequence we all got banned. The club has lifted 1 of the bans but refuses to lift the others. It’s ridiculous as we were trying to stop the bouncer from seriously damaging our friend who was restrained because he put his head on a mates shoulder and was therefore too drunk. The bouncers are so unnecessarily violent and the management ban people oblivious of circumstances. We have used the club so many times for all our parties but now we can’t as half of our group is still banned for no good reason. No one picks up the phone so we cannot even communicate with said management.

Absolutely awful bouncers who appear to get off to talking to people in a disgusting manner to get some 'authority' in their lives. Try and stay clear from the bouncer named Richard. Absolutely vile and useless. We requested the manager and apparently there was no one in charge on duty? Which is against policy in all workplaces. We waited an hour for someone in charge to come in, who couldn't help in anyway shape or form. Didn't think this place could get any worse! Judging by all the one star reviews on here, I wish I read them before booking a booth and not being able to get in at all. Awful place guys, stay clear of this useless lot! This was on the night of 17/03/18
