I managed to get bespoke pieces designed to match in the hessian and lace range so we had our orders of service, venue signs, menus for the tables, seat reservation cards, custom table tags for or flowerpot table plan and a table plan header. All of this was dealt with professionally and all of my requests were made possible! Thanks so much for making it so easy and being a one stop shop!!! DidnŌĆÖt actually receive our signs as unfortunately we had to cancel our wedding a week before. IŌĆÖd left it late to order but was reassured they would arrive in time. Communication was excellent.Totally forgot to inform that the wedding was cancelled until I received a message 3 days before just to finalise a personalised sign. Was instantly offered a refund and a lovely message.

Am hoping we will be able to rebook our wedding and will certainly use Once upon an Occasion again.
