We’ve teamed up with one of our trusted local fishmongers, George Cleave, to bring Grub Club members an exciting afternoon of fish preparation followed by lunch at Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen.
You’ll have the chance to watch George demonstrate filleting and preparing a selection of seafood, as well as getting hands-on with filleting yourself. The class will last roughly one an a half hours, followed by a slightly less... hands-on, lunch at Outlaw’s Fish Kitchen, where you’ll experience a selection of seafood dishes to share.
