From the living room, master bedroom and front terrace, you can see the white sandy beaches of Rock, the ferry making its regular estuary crossing and the plethora of sailing craft, speedboats, and fishing boats as they thread their way around the estuary. To the north, it is possible to see the surf breaking on the beaches as far as Daymer Bay and Polzeath. Turning towards the south, you can see the River Camel well beyond the old railway bridge as it winds its way towards Wadebridge.
