Padstow Museum Description
The Museum is an independently run charity, we receive no government subsidies and are completely dependant on donations at the door and from supporters. The Museum is staffed by a dedicated body of volunteers under the chairmanship of local historian John Buckingham.
There are seven appointed trustees who are responsible for the overall administration of Padstow Museum.
We retain the services of a Museums Development Officer Stephanie Meads.

How things have changed
We are doing our bit to keep this memory alive.

Interesting
1930s
The Museum opening on Saturday went really well, lots of lovely local people came to visit us, with lots of feed back from you. We hope to see more on Sunday. Here are the first visitors through the doors, John Marshal and is daughter Natalie Lindsey greeted by Daphne Hicks. Natalie is married to a member of Bill Lindsey's family, the Founder of Padstow Museum in 1971. With our grateful thanks to Rev Barry Kinsmen, who made the move to the New Museum possible. Thanks to Derek Lindsey for the photos.
Well worth a visit, educational, run by a few dedicated volunteers. Free entry
My dear grandmother Vera Nichols volunteered at the Museum, we used to love visiting the place, always discovering something new.
Most interesting Museum for young & old, try the quiz for children to keep them entertained. And it's FREE
