Rich Ironman's 'Pain and Gain' is the gym where anyone serious about their training is gonna want to come to workout and make progress.
'Pain and Gain' is purpose designed for bodybuilders and strength athletes. We provide state-of-the-art Hammer Strength style machines to target every muscle group and free weights, barbells, dumbbells (10kg-70kg) and 2000kg of rubber-coated plates (1. 25kg through to 20kg).

Not all processed foods are bad for you!
There has been a trend of late, and perhaps the last few years that processed foods are all bad.
This simply isn't true.
... Milk needs to be pasteurized, therefore altered from its natural state, in order to remove harmful bacteria from its constitution.
Indeed processed foods such as frozen veg, fruit, meats and similar that are not altered from their natural state, but simply processed and frozen quickly are arguably better for you, fresher and indeed contain more vitamins and minerals than the same unfrozen options simply due to degradation of said foods that are not frozen before sending around the country/world.
Great examples of good carbs are soba or buckwheat noodles, rice vermicelli, upon and whole grain pasta, for example, are better carbohydrate choices than, say, instant or cup noodles, which are usually fried, full of poor man-made fats, and additives.
However the most important foods to perhaps avoid consuming large amounts of, are processed deli meats - there has been correlation (not proven, but a possible link) by increasing the chance of colorectal cancers by up to 18% - which is significant.
