We visited here yesterday and needed to find a few costumes. The customer service was very good. One of the ladies was really helpful with some ideas for costumes. They were also very patient and understanding with my children. Will def visit again. Xxxxx

Very good range of stock but what made it was the staff who could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Think we are lucky to have this fantastic shop, it has everything you need. Recently went to a 21st Disney/Marvel party and we all wore superhero costumes xxx

Superb customer service. The lady who served me was polite and extremely helpful. After describing what I was looking for the lady found the item I wanted and I was served within minutes. There is a huge selection of outfits/accessories available. Highly recommend, 5 stars, if you need a fancy dress outfit this is definitely the place to go :)

I visited this shop today I was really stressed out because I couldn't find what I was looking for until I came into this shop the two girls in there was so friendly and helpful, Taylor and Cassandra were amazing and helped me find things and even let me try stuff on, I would recommend this shop to my friends and would return again, well done girl's and thanks sooooo much for your help and cheering me up.

I needed a 70s disco fancy dress costume and the lady was so helpful. She had great ideas and was very honest. Everyone at the party said they liked my costume and hair! I will be going back again.

Fantastic service. Ordered on 16th, came in on 17th, picked up on the18th. Friendly helpful staff, highly recommended.

Another successful trip back to see Taylor and Cassandra this time for my daughters outfit for her hen doo weekend away.



Both girls know their stuff, so helpful and giving advice on what to wear and what size to try on. Nothing was too much trouble I tried on at least four outfits and Cassandra persuaded me to try on an outfit smaller than I would have as I thought it wouldn't fit. Much to my surprise not only did it fit but have room to spare � very good for my ego too �.



So today we got the brides outfit again, both the girls happy to see us and helped with her outfit, again giving advise on how to tighten straps and making sure she was happy with outfit.



I cannot stress how friendly the girls are and how comfortable they make you feel. They really do have a lot of patience best customer service we have received. So if you're after a fancy dress outfit don't bother going anywhere else, Pairs has huge selection and first class service �

Amazing service from all 3 staff that me and the mrs dealt with. Kin, Taylor and Cassie went out of their way to help us choose an outfit. Polite, friendly and a very good laugh. Will be sending pics of the night out this weekend.

Walked in,got loads of products but I just got accused of stealing something yellow witch I did not even pick up.

Rude, impolite staff, who would sooner chat amongst themselves then actually serve the public.

Mind blowing really the ignorance shown to people willing to spend money in their shop, only to be ignored for conversations about their weekends antics.

Certainly won't be returning.

Have been looking everywhere for a cow outfit for my daughters nativity play as I was let down on the one I had ordered. I called this shop, they had one. Oh great I thought. I asked if they would reserve until tomorrow as I wasn't going to be able to get there today what with 2 school runs etc & they WOULDNT. How mean is that. One dissapinted little girl!
