I have been working for Pathfinder at the Liverpool Cruise Terminal since the beginning of the 2018 cruise season. So far I have found them to be a very professional company with excellent communication with their staff regarding notification of work, start times etc. The management are respectful of those in their employment and the workforce are a great bunch of people. I look forward to my continued employment with Pathfinder.

I have been with Pathfinder in Southampton since the New Year. I don't need to be working every day but have had work when I have wanted it. From the day I first phoned to enquire about work I have found it to be a really positive experience. The induction and the training cannot cover every little facet but I have found they are very receptive to positive feedback. But the fact that I found few surprises is the best proof of how well I was informed by the personnel people. I have found the same with the allocations office - I am told accurately enough so I know what food to bring and what the dress code is. Importantly, a large majority of the workforce go out of their way to help new people and you quickly feel settled.
