‘Hare’ raising road rage incident ..!!

User

It’s always been argued that speed cameras should to deter us from speeding, therefore they should be apparent/obvious and for all to see... so why the need to ask??

User

Well that's an unexpected turn of events...?

User

Our case. We won at the Crown Court and the CPS appealed by way of case stated. We are waiting for the Judgement. We will update as soon as we have it. Dominic Smith Director and Head of the Case Progression team at Patterson Law attended with counsel.

It seems it can’t tell if it’s the passenger or driver, in a holder or in the hand, whether it’s being used for interactive telecommunication or not? Is this just distracting LED signage at the side of the road or a useful road safety tool?

User

Are you safe to drive? Is age and/or illness causing you to pose a risk to other road users? Worried about some else?

User

Following on from previous article, no disrespect intended. (that’s what lawyers say when they mean ‘maximum disrespect’...😬)

User

Many Lawyers will suggest its not worth trying to persuade the police/Crown Prosecution Service to see sense prior to heading to court. We don't agree. We trust the police and the CPS to make sensible decisions when given the chance. Read about the 5 cases Jason Rosser, star CPO at Patterson Law, got dropped in one week.

She's not going away...... Your views learned likers. She's had her trial. She's tried and failed via the appeal process....

User

Seriously- anyone for a game of footie 😂.... (it’s funny Monday)

We get a few ‘fake’ ambulance cases a year... it’s more common than you would would expect. You get a few decent perks - including exemption from speeding charges in certain circumstances. Afterthought - clearly there are downsides when you get caught 😬 https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984 /27/section/87

User

Driving without due care and attention - defendant - ‘I was distracted by a giant killer spider climbing onto my face yer honour’ ... HHJ - ‘Yeh right...!!’

User

It seems she appealed with absolutely no legal basis for doing so. You cant appeal from the Crown Court just because you didn't like the verdict..Surely that is the end of it now....

User

Driving and diabetes - the rules on telling the DVLA ..please share.

User

'V' for victory -Not! Odd little case. Was the officer a little senstive/precious? Your views please learned likers..
