We were recovered by these guys a couple of weeks ago, they got us back on the road after discovering that my partner put Diesel in the tank! ( He wont live that one down!) Great bunch of Guys,very helpful, they dealt with us straight away so that we could get on our way up to Scotland. Thanks very much Gents!

These guys saved my holiday to Kirkcudbright by providing me with a back tyre after a large nail decided to lodge itself into original. Flat on M6 not good.

These guys bent over backwoods for me , my Harley Sporster battery died on me in Maryport on Tuesday,within an 1 hr 15 my bike was recovered & taken back to their shop.

I collected it today Thursday recovery & new battery at a fare price thanks for your quick & officiant service.

On leaving Exeter discovered damage to the chain on my CBF 600 for a week touring in Scotland. No hassle, first class service - really grateful to Barry for getting it sorted ensuring a safe stress free holiday.

Great service delivered on time , very quick transaction bike was better than described . Put the bike into my fleet ie Buds Motorcycle Academy same day it arrived . Thanks from all this side on the east coast

Bought my CCM GP 450 ADVENTURE from them this weekend. A very friendly family business. Couldn't of been more helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Bought an old gs from these guys recently.



Long story short, a couple of days later a fault manifested with the front brake on the bike while I was three hundred miles from home and at work.



The issue was no fault of the guys at Penrith. It only manifest two days after I picked the bike up.



A++ service from Barry and the guys.

They ordered me new parts and sent the parts and the tools to complete the repair to my work.



Initially they had offered to collect the bike and deliver a different machine to get me home safely. The only reason they did not collect the bike was that I had chained it up and had all the keys with me while I was working away.



There's not many dealers who would do that I am sure!



Bike is now running as it should



Highly recommended. Customer service as good as it gets anywhere!!

Barry is a gentleman first class man first class business good prices traveled from Glasgow to see dragster. All I can say it's got a new home. Would definitely recomend Barry at penrith.
