Picket Twenty Community Association Description
Picket Twenty is a large development to the east of Andover, Hampshire with plans to expand to over 1500 homes in the coming years.
The PTCA has been setup as a registered charity to advance education and provide recreation for Picket Twenty residents. At the heart the community is the new Community Centre, owned by Test Valley Borough Council and run by a team of volunteers who are mostly residents.
The Community Centre has a range of flexible spaces and is an ideal venue for classes, groups, meetings and parties. It is available to hire to Picket Twenty and the wider Andover community.

I have been asked to pass this message on from TVBC The Urban Park Climbing Apparatus is now open for public use. There are still a couple of remedial actions required to stop youths climbing on the outside but these will be completed at the end of June and they will not have to close the equipment to do it.
I have been asked by TVBC to post the following
Test Valley Borough Council would like to apologise for the delay in opening Kanope Towers at the urban park. Due to recent misuse of the apparatus, they have been in discussion with the supplier Proludic regarding possible solutions to stop people from climbing on the outside of the equipment. As a result, alterations will be required before it can be opened for public use.
They anticipate that the work will be completed over the next 2-3 weeks and would like to thank residents for their patience
