Applicants with a Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential, we will also consider unqualified applications. Safeguarding knowledge and first aid training is also desirable. A massive well done to all our school leavers on a fantastic graduation ceremony, we are all very proud of you all. We wish you the best of luck in your new adventures at primary school. 🎓

Our school leavers parents are invited to our graduation ceremony on Wednesday 17th July between 9:45am-10:45am.

The children have been very keen to form letters in a different way, by using a needle and yarn to sew their own names and initials. This took lots of concentration and determination well done!!!

Just a reminder our last day is Thursday 18th July, finishing at the normal time of 2:30pm!

Over the weekend our butterflies emerged from their chrysalis. Today we have set them free in our garden. The butterflies eventually flew out and explored their new environment. 🦋

Lots of yummy smoothies have been made by the children today. Each child has carefully chopped up their own choice of fruit and added either milk or water to make their smoothie. Lots of interest was shown in how the smoothie maker worked and what buttons to turn and press to make it go fast or slow. The children talked about each fruit, the textures, colour and taste. 🍌🍏🍊🍓🥛

🎶 The garden has become a very musical place this week, the children have been creating different sounds using the mud kitchen pots, pans, spoons and spatulas 🎶

The children have been cutting out pictures of a butterfly’s cycle and sticking them in the correct order. They were fascinated to make the real life connections whilst looking at our butterflies, which are now in their chrysalis.

The children have used various sized balloons to print their very own caterpillars. Lots of different techniques were used by the children from printing the paint to swiping paint across the paper.

Lots of fun had by all the children in our sack races this week, cheering each other on!!!

The caterpillars have been very hungry and have grown so much in the last week. The children are all very intrigued by them! 🐛🦋

Look what’s arrived today a few days early ...... caterpillars 🐛🦋 The children will be learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly after half term. Which has been inspired by their ongoing keen interest in our developing tadpoles. Please share these photos with your children and updates will be made of any changes to the caterpillars!!!
