Great new facility, with the ever present friendly and welcoming staff. Both sales and service can be relied upon in equal measure. New addition is the undercover approved pre-owned section and the very hi-tech coffee machine! Only criticism is that they are a bit pricey.

Great job by Porsche Swindon and Jordan Wilmott today! Went to finalise the spec on my newly ordered Macan. Jordan was very efficient and professional. The new premises are extremely impressive and well appointed. There were several Macans on site to help me to make my final choices on colour, upholstery and wheels etc. The icing on the cake was that my delivery date has been brought forward from mid April to 1st March. Outstanding job!

Amazing level of service from the first enquiry to delivery of our new 718 Boxster yesterday. Jordan Wilmott and the team can't do enough to help and what a fantastic gesture to give a framed picture of our new car and other gifts when we picked it up. This is our first Porsche after ten Mercedes, but from what we've experienced so far it won't be our last!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from as you enter to purchasing our Cayenne to driving out of the Centre. Ben was superb and answered all of our questions impeccably, looking after us throughout. With the final documents to sign both Ben and Joel were both courteous and could not help more, thank you for a great experience.

The staff don't always listen to what you request. Rather they think you want something else maybe ? We have 2 ears � use them please ! I also believe Porsche need to be more customer engaged I have order for new vehicle placed only to find out new options now available via social media ? Really.....
