We went to see the amazing independent #filmpremiere of #Yourmove. Seats were very comfy, loads of legroom, not that I need it as am short but it was a wonderful evening. Bar drinks were reasonably priced too! Thank you Premierecinemas Romford for supporting these independent films.

User

We had good seats food and staff great. The only problem was people not switching fones off and people talking but other than that great time had by all x

User

It's not as flash as other cinemas. The furniture is tired, it smells slightly musty and the staff could be more attentive.....but folks, come on....it's £4 a frickin' ticket! Between Premiere cinemas and all the other cinema chains, I would choose Premiere Cinemas every time. Other cinemas are a complete rip off. Premiere Cinema always show the big movies, the screens are decent, and the sound is good.

User

I came to the premiere event for Luke Goss' new movie 'Your Move' the whole thing was amazing and all staff members couldn't have been nicer..

I will defo come back if I'm in the area again.

Thanks for a great weekend!

User

Always come here wen in area...get two adults in for same price as the big cinemas...great savings...love the old style cinema’s... cheap pop corn in a huge bucket...cheap tickets....worth coming here every time I’m in town...huge thumbs up for place...please keep it here forever

Went to see Peter Rabbit on Sunday morning. The staff that served me were very friendly. There was two on the food counter and they were polite and working as a team. Can’t complain as it wasn’t too bad. Get what you pay for. Daughter enjoyed the film and we were the only ones in for this show.

User

Was in screen 5 to see Black Panther. As it was the first viewing, it would be nice to have the place a bit cleaner. The ladies toilet look better since the refit, however one of the dryers wasn't working and it would be better to have more of them, not just 2. Plus it would be great to have a door before the door to get into the screen, as I was sitting in the back, every time the door opened, I was hit with the bright light from outside which became distracting.

Anyway, overall the best priced cinema in Romford. I cannot wait to see what it will all look like once the refit is fully completed, as the seats are old in screen 5 but comfortable nonetheless. Thank you.

User

Screen 8 excellent new seats very comfortable.

People are pigs!! Pick up your rubbish and bin it .the place looked like a bomb had gone off when we left.

Tell customers to put their rubbish in the bins .....and provide them as I didn't see any.

User

I generally enjoy our visits here but do agree with some of the reviews. The bathrooms aren't exactly hygienic but the main issue is people who clearly arnt the age the movie recommends. Under 12's shouldn't be a allowed in and it's clear nobody checks. I've never yet had a ticket check and I'm sure people just wonder in. There was a couple on Saturday watching Black Panther with a 6 month old baby in arms screaming it's head off. Thankfully they left 5 mins in. Ridiculous

User

First time here. Thankfully we pre booked our tickets as they was sold out when we got there. Was pleased the food is reasonably priced compared to most cinemas & very clean considering it was a Saturday afternoon with lots of kids. The manager Chris served us & he was very polite, like all the staff there. My only niggle would be that the screen gets checked every now & again during the film, as there was a lot of teenagers talking throughout my film. I asked them politely to be quiet but was ignored. I didn't want to leave the film to report it. I think in future if go at a less busy time. Overall though my number one choice of cinema in area now.

User

Ticket prices are very agreeable at £4 per ticket, whatever is screening. Day or night. The concessions are on par with the bigger chains and are expensive with a limited range. The toilets leave a lot to be desired with a leaking roof and are not attended to by staff regularly enough for replenishment purposes the whole place needs a lick of paint some modernisation and a damned good clean.

User

Love going here. Great prices and kids enjoy it. However, took kids yesterday for a Christmas Eve treat and couldn't believe that there were at least 5 babies in car seats in there who obviously became grizzly and noisy. I'm not quite sure why people would think it a good idea to bring a baby to the cinema but also why Premier allow it? Paid to see a film with my children which was constantly interrupted by crying babies. Not really very fair!

User

The avengers film was epic.....the biggest let down was the amount of people talking during a film of that duration, it's not acceptable and not worth the watch with that level of poor management of the screening.

User

Sounds & film showing was fine but I would rather pay more for the cinema as the place is pretty grotty! We didn’t purchase any food or drink but the toilet facilities are beyond rank! My daughter (5) used the hand soap and it squirted in her face...how this is possible I don’t know!

There were 4, maybe 5 young people working on the ticket tills when we left and they were ALL on their phones. I told them they needed to check the toilets as they were filthy and they should get off their phones - they continued to carry on!

I won’t be returning. I would rather pay more for a better service in cleaner premises.

Tickets aren’t even checked either so anyone can get in for free

User

Horrendous seats, so uncomfortable and filthy dirty. Cinema is dirty and dated. Kids couldn't see properly even with seat boosters. No one checking tickets so anyone could walk In. So many ignorant people using the torch on their phones. Unbearably hot in there too. Their pick n mix is really expensive. Main issue is the seats, not practical, sticky, uncomfortable and really manky!! Pay the extra 99p and go to VUE

User

Have visited a few times recently and although the ticket prices are good the cleanliness and smell of the theatres are not pleasant. The cleaners must be using damp mops/clothes as there is a musty smell which is most unpleasant.

User

this place is health and safety gone mad as needs to be closed down and so mean things wrong with this cinema also the staff are rude also

maybe why the place is 4 quid the place is falling to bits as they is holes all over the place in Screen 3 and also in Screen 7 you still have the old lighting from Odeon and also the place is way too hot and also the screens are too small as give me neck ache come I what be coming back

cinema seating is nice in Screen 7 but why put new Seating in when they other things wrong with this Cinema I will not be coming back

User

First time going tonight it was filthy it had food over the floor it needed a good clean there was people using there phones either texting or taking photos and other people chatting also the backs of the chairs are to high so some people wouldn’t be able to see over them and I have decided that what started of as a good evening turned out horrible we will not be returning

User

Disgusting experience at Romford premier cinema.

Few things to watch out for if you wanna visit this place from my experience

1. Disgusting toilets (not clean, stinks)

2. Dirty seats

3. Food and drink on the floors

4. I’m my opinion it attracts the wrong character of people (loud. Disrespectful)

5. Ceiling leaks!!

6. Staff have no control over disrespectful people.

I will not be returning even if it is only £4 a ticket!
