Another job finished today for CJM Builders Ltd, Craig Morrison. Extention in Hythe rendered with traditional 4-1-1 sand cement and lime mix.

Little job we've just finished in Lyminge above a double Garrage, office, toilet and kitchen area. Decent little job and and the customers are good as they get 👌on to the next.

Little job squeezed in today in saltwood, little free hand detail. Always leaving a clean and tidy job.

Little job we finished in Hythe today, north Rd. Didn't get all finished pictures but you can still see what we done. Pulled coving down in bedroom and landing, bonded and skimmed.

Another job finished thanks to good weather this week. Always a bonus when you get good customers that look after you. Double Garrage rendered in side and out in Lyminge, and Garrage ceiling boarded with fire board as shown in pictures. Another happy customer, on to the next 👌

Little extention just doing in Hythe. Screeded the floor Sunday with Luke Andrews and I'm just finishing off the plastering . Only small job but but they all count and it looks good.

Job we just done for good friend of mine in Hythe , Luke mckay. We overboarded the ceiling, bonded in around the the top of the wall where it came down with the coving. Bonded around the bottom of the walls as went back to brick when the skirting came off. Put timber in side of old fire place, boarded it then scrimmed it and bonded to prevent cracking. Today we plastered the room, 2 days work for completion

Some pictures following previous post, all scratch coated apart from returns where Garrage doors are going, that's why we've not beaded the inner edge . Once electrician has run his cables we will board ceiling and mesh top of the wall as there is a join of timber and block, that will prevent cracking. Not bad for 2 days work, just me putting on and jody mixing up. 👍

Another job started today in Lyminge. We've got to sand and cement in side and out to a smooth finish. Ceiling has to be boarded and skimmed, also up stairs will be boarded and skimmed. Will add more pictures as we go. Busy start to the year is always good 👍

Job started with James Gibson. All beaded and scratch coated, the mix of 4-1-1, 4 sand 1 cement and 1 lime. We always add lime to our mix as it helps to prevent cracking and gives the mix more flexibility. Finished pictures will be added end of next week, weather permitted

Ceiling me and James Gibson plastered this morning in Hythe, just over 5 bags, nice easy Saturday.

Just a small job done in Hythe. Forgot to take pictures before. Living room ceiling overboarded, skimmed and coved , all done in a day and mornings work.

This is a 2 story extention built by GB property development in St Margaret's and silocone k rendered by us and we plastered the inside . All work completed to a very high standard. We've worked along side GB property development for a long time now and highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of work to be undertaken.

Hall, stairs and landing plastered In saltwood. Still to go back and do couple bedrooms for them.
