My wife and I went there last night for valentines the food was lovely and the staff were very prompt and friendly with their service even though they were very busy. It was also very good value.
Lovely meal with my family, my 2 yr olds meal was great value
Lovely food, good service and excellent location. We go every time we are in lyndhurst.
Had Mother's Day lunch there yesterday and despite it being busy, the service and food were excellent (as always)! We love going there!
Good tasty meal.efficient friendly staff & a happy atmosphere. Would go again.
Delicious food and very nice service. Very tasty and fresh. Place recommendable. If you want to eat something delicious, I recommend!
Called in yesterday after the football not busy so plenty of room food arrived quickly and was really good staff friendly and in our view the whole experience was very good....
Prezzo never disappoints great food and helpful friendly staff
Food was good! Service not brilliant ! Kept waiting along time. Waitress not that people friendly!!!not bad in he eral!
Went with my mum for the £13 wkend deal the women acted like she didn't know about it but I said I have the email she then gave me the menus, the starters took about 45mins to come out and the mains we also had to ask how long as was we had been there over a hour and 15 mins before the mains come out (people next to us got there's first and arrived and ordered after us) the puddings were quick as I think by this point she knew we were not happy , the choc fudge cake would of been nice if it was warmed but it's wasn't so tbh the experience was not a good one
Overbooked. We were a party of six and couldn't hear ourselves speak with big booking if 20 plus next to us. Poor quality of food. Understaffed. Poor waitress had way too many tables to deal with. Won't go again.
My wife and I arrived at the Prezzo in Lyndhurst, and despite booking were kept waiting 15 minutes while they 'prepared' our table. We ordered two Gin and tonics, two glasses arrived with Ice and tonic, but they had forgotten the Gin! They forgot the water we asked for, they forgot part of our starters and my main course was at best luke warm. My advise - avoid it!
Although the young waitress was so nice and apologetic there is only one word for this place........ terrible.
incredibly slow service due to a screw up over table numbers. Wrong starter started the meal then nothing for over 45 minutes. eventually asked a staff member where our main course was and it arrived in 5 minutes. The poor waitress kept appologising but it plainly wasn't really her fault. There are plainly some serious management issues here that need addressing.
awful service and food! ordered a seafood risotto which came out resembling baby food, having the consistency of slop and no flavor what so ever. I then addressed it with the waitress who showed no remorse at all and went back to carrying on laughing and joking with the kitchen staff, very unprofessional and disappointing. Having had many good meals in Winchester/Chichester branches, However this restaurant lets the reputation of Prezzo down a lot!
What a complete disappointment! Went last night for my birthday and if I was running this place I'd be embarrassed! 45 minute wait for starters, started clearing table before every one finished, main meal came with bits missing, asked for spoons with our pasta by time they came I'd finished, spoke to manager more interested in guy delivering another person o spoke to talk laughed when apologising! If you want to go to prezzo go to another one as this place is a joke. As a manager I think I'd quite if I was responsible for this place
What a change since the beginning of the year. Arrived and left waiting for nearly 5 mins before the waitress come out with a sharp "table for 2?" no apologies for keeping us waiting, a member of staff going off duty did see us waiting but didn't acknowledge us either. The manageress (dressed in a pink blouse and black trousers) was grumpy and quite rude. When she brought our drinks she banged the bottle of water down and pushed my husband's glass along the table to him. Our food arrived and was piping hot, but my husband's pizza crust was so thin it broke up and the toppings were not as plentiful as in other Prezzo restaurants we've visited. I noticed that our waitress who wasn't particularly friendly either changed out of her shirt and was wearing a team unicorn t-shirt, which doesn't really give a professional, corporate look. No-one checked on us, asked if our meal was okay and whether we wanted any further drinks. We paid our bill and left. Won't be returning here until the attitudes of the staff are sorted out. They gave the impression they didn't want to be there and certainly didn't want the customers there.
The only good thing about tonight was our vouchers that gave us 50% off and a free bottle of prosecco. Only one member of staff actually wanted to give us the time of day, our booking seemed to be non existent when we turned up to be seated on the smallest table of 4 for 5 people with a pushchair. A new table was then pretty much slammed together for us and the food was luke warm to say the least with one being set back because it was stone cold to be asked 'do you want a fresh one or this one' well fresh of course but it definitely was not a fresh dish that came out! Safe to say we won't return.
Southampton - Awful. Me and my partner booked a table for New Year's Eve two days in advance. We then rung up in the morning to double check the booking was okay. Arrived for our meal at 8 45, was left waiting for 20 minutes before anyone even approached us. We were then told because another couple had arrived two minutes before that we could no longer have the table even though they hadn't booked. Rude and useless manager who couldn't even organise a child's party let alone running the restaurant on one of the busiest days of the year. After 45 minutes we finally got a table. Ordered our food to be told 40 minutes later they did not have it. 35 minute wait for one drink, absolutely awful shall not be returning. Such a shame everywhere else was booked up.
