Went last night and on arrival we were told an hours wait for table....we were happy to wait and they sorted drinks and we sat to wait but no where near an hour. One waitress was so lovely she got her phone charger for my friend as her phone had died and charged it for her. We were seated and the waitress again carried all our glasses and bottles to our table. It was really busy and one waiter seemed a little flustered but served us quickly and food was soooo good. We had a great visit and would Def go back again.

User

Went for dinner on Monday evening. My girlfriend had a birthday as we used the birthday voucher. The prosecco was very nice and fizzy and nicely chilled. Food was great. Our waitress was Anita who recommended the Fiorentina pizza and it was amazing. In my point of view this night was really pleasant and the waitress made our evening special.

User

We booked for our son’s 18th Birthday and we weren’t disappointed. Service was amazing especially as there were 11 of us and the restaurant was busy. Our food arrived all at the same time and was delicious. Will definitely book again.

User

Lovely restaurant .. great food and outstanding staff service... came here 3/4 times about 5 years ago and returned last night. This is how a Prezzo should be run .. unlike the Yate one which closed this year...no surprise there service was just awfull

User

Amazing selection of delicious food served by really friendly and helpful staff! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

User

We always go here on special occasions. Staff are very attentive and the food is always really tasty and filling! Had a voucher for my birthday so got a free bottle of prosecco 🙂. A lot of choice on the menu and an all round good atmosphere. I would also recommend the restaurant in Weymouth.

User

A busy Friday evening but service was good, food was hot and arrived quickly after placing our order. Only grumble being one of our party ordered a Chicken Primavera light pizza which had such a minuscule amount of Chicken it really shouldn’t have been called a chicken anything. Didn’t complain as we were on a tight schedule and didn’t want to miss the show at the Hippodrome.

User

Food was ok. Starter was not microwaved long enough so centre was cold. Main was nice but nothing I couldn't replicate from the frozen isle. Desert was nice. But again nothing to write home about. Service was slow, I had to repeatedly ask for items such as salt/ pepper, another glass for the water (which never came), the desert menu, the bill. Nothing was offered. Plates were collected in silence. Used to love this place but seems to have gone down hill.

User

Went out for dinner with a friend this evening to prezzo harbour side Bristol as I was actually recommended to it . On arrival we were told to 'Hang on a minute' and then hola'd at by another member of staff to follow them to the table. We were sat close to the bar and the kitchen doors so was a lot of foot traffic going by us .... and a cold draft we asked to move to the table by the wall to be more comfortable. We were asked what wine we would like - we requested Pinot Nero (noir) the waitress told me this was a rose (I am aware it's a pale red but certainly not rose) she then went to check and come back and confirmed what we first told her ! We then also ordered our food - 2x baked mushrooms and 2 lasagne and chips and one cheese garlic bread as a side dish ....... OKAAAAY ... nothing complex!!

The garlic bread came out first .... then nothing .... then our lasagne and chips came ... my friend asked where our mushrooms were to which we got a reply 'oh I forgot' I asked to speak to the shift manager who then came up and asked did we still want them ? along side our mains - well no we didn't to be quite honest we wanted a starter as a starter - not a banquet all at once - so as I asked her to take the lasagne away and bring it back AFTER OUR STARTER was done she then shrugged her shoulders and said ok ... anyway all went well after that and the food was ok but easily matched in the frozen section of a supermarket. We refused the sweet menu and finished our wine and then delightfully had a guy walk by and drop our bill on the table - very impolite way to end the disappointing evening !!!! Prezzo you need to sharpen your staff and pay attention to detail as tonight's experience was a complete let down !!!!!! Will not be going back there !!!!

User

Very slow even though quiet when we came in. No crayons or pencils for the kids to draw on their menus. Main courses took an age to receive and one was forgotten without apology just a scramble in the kitchen. This led to one upset child who had to sit and watch his siblings eat. Very disappointing. Our third bad experience in a Prezzo; will learn our lesson and won't be going back.

User

This is the second time I've been here and both times I've come to conclusion that they rely on passing footfall volume and not repeat visits. The service was extremely slow despite enough staff and certainly not peak time (4.30pm). They appeared very muddled. We moved inside from outside, informed a member of staff, but our main courses still went missing and took an hour to reappear. The food was tired, lukewarm and in some cases, elements missing. We had to send one dish back as it arrived without any sauce. There was a distinct lack of caring about what was served and how it was served. We felt completely ignored. Some of the staff were trying hard but the overall experience was pretty poor. I could see a lot of food waiting on the pass for well over 20 minutes (and it's not a heated pass) so doubtless many people had lukewarm food. We managed to get £5 (my meal was incomplete) taken off our bill but that should have been offered straight away, not least for the wait. We didn't stay for dessert as we were fed up by then. Prezzo is not exactly pricey but it's not cheap either so I'd expect a lot better. Prezzo in Swindon is great, so it's not necessarily the Chain but this particular franchise. Meals out should be something lovely, a highlight. My highlight was the Mr Whippy I had afterwards from the van outside. That tells you something. We won't come here again.

User

The service is awful. I thought at first there weren't enough staff but there's several, restaurant not full but we've been ignored and had to wait for 40 mins for drinks and had to ask to have our drinks and our food order taken. Not having dessert now. They've lost money as they've not come to take our order for more drinks or desserts. I'm shocked, it's my mates 30th and we are really disappointed.

User

The food was ok but very slow service. The worst thing was that our change was not returned to us and put straight in to the tip jar !!. We had to go to the bar to ask for our change after a very long wait to see it retrieved from the tips. I have emailed to complain but have heard nothing back. I won't be returning due to untrustworthy behaviour .

User

The food was good, no complaints there. The service was the worst I seen in a restaurant. The waitress had trouble getting the order written down correctly. Not all the ordered drinks turned up. Then they managed to mess around with the main course, bringing something to the table and walking off with it before setting it down. Dessert had potential, but with no cutlery to eat it, difficult to tell! How many times should you have to ask for things that most places do automatically. Then trying to get their attention to pay was frustrating. By the way, don’t look too closely in the toilets, really disgusting too. Totally unimpressed and wont be going back

User

Friendly welcome but then seemed to be forgotten. Received our starter before we got any drinks, waited over an hour for our mains, and when they did arrive they were very disappointing. Tasted fine, but lacking in ingredients on top of the pizza and the risotto was so watery it looked like porridge. Won't be visiting there again any time soon.

User

Food was good, staff unprepared and amateurish. I was waiting for drink after order for more than 15min. After i have eaten pizza and had empty glass I wasnt served at all. Restaurant was almost empty. Some of staff didnt wear uniform so i was feeling that Im served by one of customers. Definitely not going to visit Prezzo in Bristol anymore.

PS: nobody even paid attention that I have left table without paying !!!! I paid the bill at the bar of course, but if Id leave Restaurant, nobody would even bother.

User

This was the worst experience of my life and I will never return. This is a pity because my family took me to the Glasgow one and it was great. Bristol was awful after waiting an hour for our lunch my Calzone was burnt on the outside and freezing cold on the inside, my grandsons pizza dough was uncooked and the waitress was dreadful. The only light at the end of the tunnel was the manager who apologised profusely and gave my a 50% discount. do not go to Prezzo Bristol

User

Service was appalling - we had to ask for menus, find someone to order drinks, we were left with dirty plates for 30 minutes, had to tell someone we wanted to order dessert and then it arrived without cutlery. Our cocktail had to be sent back as it tasted terrible, coffees were sent back as there is clearly a coffee machine that is not properly cleaned. We had to ask for our bill and had to go up to the counter to pay because nobody came back. When our waitress asked if everything was ok, we told her politely that it hadn't been. She said she knows the service is awful and proceeded to moan about her job and then charge us the full amount of the bill without any compensation for ruining our eating experience and night out. I left angry and incredulous that nobody tried to put it right when they knew they had provided us with an awful evening.

User

Attempted to eat at this restaurant around 5pm yesterday in no way was it busy in fact there were only 2 tables being used. We got given a menu and were sat waiting for 15 mins to even get a drink. When I had almost had enough of waiting my calmer boyfriend went inside to ask for service. We waited another 10 mins andstoll had no service, which is a real shame. We usually love Prezzo but in the case of this restaurant not so much.

I was that annoyed and hungry we got up and walked off and ended up in Gourmet Burger instead! Your loss!
