We came here b4 our 3k sponsored walk for charity. I've been here numerous times since it opened. It's just lovely in here. The staff are attentive and friendly. We had the spaghetti carbonara, penne salmon and lobster and crab tortellini. All dishes were fantastic. Quick service. All in all another excellent visit. I'll be back

Great staff who were so polite. The food was so nice.i had large meatball spaghetti with grated cheese. Would recommend booking to ensure you get a table as it was very busy for a wednesday.

Good food, great choice on the menu, all the staff were great. The only thing that bugged me a little was the table opposite looked at their drink menu, then decided to go to costa and drink their Costa in Prezzo... the staff didn’t question it at all...

Went there last night with my daughter before seeing a show at the pavilion, the food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, I only wish we'd been offered the specials menu, along with there normal menu, I didn't know about this until a friend of ours had also eaten there the same night, and her bill was half the price of ours.

The service was wonderful and the staff were efficient and very friendly - thanks for making it special :)

Great flavours good wine super busy so can't always guarantee a favourite place to sit (for us next to the window - view of the sea) we were also cramped with a table close up next to ours. Staff super efficient/friendly. Have a voucher

We were there for a birthday party. The service was good until they had stopped selling us food but when the time came to bring the cake out it was like we didn't exist. We asked them several times to please bring out the cake and after about half an hour it finally arrived. Getting the bill sorted out was also a chore due to us having vouchers. I give them 3 out of10

We were disappointed with Bournemouth in general...very sad place and hoped prezzo would cheer us up...it was simply ok ..service wasn't great

Started great and food was fine .....then waitress had finished work and know one else bothered with us , empty plates were left on table for 20 mins from main at this point it was 11 oclock....we had 2 kids with us and they had not had there deserts yet.....thanks to the bar man noticing and putting his apron on we could be still sat there now.

Ignorant waiter...zero personality, not asked how our meal was, nor was the table cleaned after we’d finished our meal. No complaints about the food though!

Cannot complain about the food it was beautiful. Service was ok. Could have smiled a bit more! Floors and toilets however were disgusting. Not been cleaned for a long time. Grime has gathered around all the edges and as for the toilets and toilet walls, made me gag! Very dissapointed. The standard of food is let down by the cleanliness. If i had paid more attention before we ordered and had noticed this then we would have walked out!

We have been to Prezzo a few times. Last night however was appalling. Yes it was Saturday, but we had to ask for menus, had to ask to order our starter, we actually took our starter plates to the hatch ourselves as they had been sat there about half an hour. Then we had to ask to order our mains and our desserts. Not once did anyone check if all was ok.

We asked for our bill and decided to go to the bar and pay it, I feel if we waited we would have been there forever waiting to pay. More staff needed when it's that busy. I do appreciate how busy restaurants can get, but it didn't appear the staff had their own section they were responsible for and were all over the place. We dealt with about 4 staff members and had to ask for everything

The food however was lovely which was a plus.

This place is a children's creche !! 5 kids buggies blocking the urine soaked customer toilets !! Crying babies with selfish parents who made no attempt to quite them !!!

Unattentive Staff who find it impossible to smile. But on a plus the food was very good.

Would I return to this restaurant - not a chance !!

Food was average, waiter did his best but needed more support to cover the majority of the restaurant and toilets were in a poor state, 2 of which had no toilet roll an hour into the start of the day.

None of the staff knew how to smile, therefore some lessons in customer service might be helpful!!!! I asked for a Diet Coke with no lemon but yet again there was lemon in the glass, why is this simple task so difficult!! Maybe they should take some English lessons!!

I was part of the same 30 strong support group for young cancer patients mentioned in a previous review. Needless to say that your staff require A LOT of further training but a good start would be a complete attitude overhaul. I am a local resident and embarrassed by the hospitality shown to my friends who despite their serious health conditions travelled the length and breadth of the country to be treated with such utter contempt by your staff. I will be sure to warn all my friends and any future visitors to the area away from your establishment, unless of course they enjoy being treated like dirt.

I was part of a 30 strong group of cancer patients on a therapy weekend when I visited the restaurant. Not only had staff booked us in for the wrong night we were then forced to wait in the tiny bar area for 30mins waiting for our table- this would have been fine had the waiting staff not been so rude, shoulder barging us and tutting at us for being in the way. The staff attitude, espically the lady with the red hair and ponytail was appalling. Considering we were going to be paying for 30 2course meals and drinks- surely a business minded person would be doing everything they could to deliver a great service.

We probably wouldn’t have minded the slower service and lack of cutlery that came(or didn’t come) with our meals had the staff at least been gracious about it. The obvious poor attitude towards us seemed to rub off on the other customers too with some also tutting and grumbling in our earshot even after we held the doors for them.

Deeply disappointing, and has put me off Prezzo as a whole company.
