ordered via @deleveroo (first time eating prezzo) ......food is amazing cant believe how much you got on the deal....though it would be smaller portions but they were huge ! food arrieed hot...would defo recomend and will be oredring again soon x

Wonderful service and wonderful food. Despite the fire alarm going off in the complex the team worked hard and carried on once we were all allowed back in

Though it was father's Day, very busy, which you would expect on a special occasion. We had booked a table for 6pm, we had to wait half an hour for our order to be taken, but the waitress who looked after us (sorry cannot remember her name, from Prague) she was superb. Looked after us and apologised for the wait. We completely understood. The dad in our party, first time at this establishment, enjoyed his meal. Certainly will return.

I had a valentines meal with my other half but I was not feeling very well. The lovely waitress Ola went above and beyond and was very attentative. Had to eat my main dinner this morning but was delicious.

First time I've ever eaten at Prezzo, the food was served hot, the drinks were simply lush.

Service was good.

I'd recommend visiting and trying the menu.

My partner and myself are planning on returning in the near future

It's nice but not as nice as Manchester or others I have been to food is cold or warm but nice ish places it could do with a clean but what can you do ask is a lot better

Food good as it usually is. It was quite busy which is how I like it as it creates a nicer atmosphere. On the whole the waiting staff were good and cheerful....

We visited today in half term, offer was £1 for kids 3 course meal and a drink.

When we got there it was only £1 per child per paying adult and adult had to have ordered a main course!

None of this was mentioned in the terms and conditions which is false advertising

Didn’t mind paying but was very annoyed they didn’t state this in their terms, even the waitress agreed with me

Overall a disappointing first visit tonight - I was part of a group of 12. The food was good and we all enjoyed it. They were clearly understaffed, but apart from one girl the rest of the staff were miserable, rude and unhelpful. We waited over half an hour to get our bill, which apparently had been wiped by mistake. We were given complimentary limoncello, but no explanation as to why it was taking so long. We left feeling disappointed and I for one won’t be returning in a hurry.

Not great at cooking meatballs. First meal came out and they were really cold inside. Second time round was better but never got offered anything to say sorry!

Food was ok, nothing special. Service started ok when we arrived but there were hardly any people at this point. As soon as it started getting a bit busier the staff just couldn't cope and the service levels went downhill dramatically and were very slow and one staff member was even quite rude when I was trying to get her attention to ask for a jug of water.

Visited on Mothers Day as that's where Mum wanted to go. Service was appalling , seemed to be hardly any waiting staff considering it was pretty busy. Food was nice when it eventually arrived hence the two stars but would rather not have to wait so long for food or have to keep asking when we wanted more drinks. Quite happy if I don't have to visit there again, would rather go somewhere else.

Food fine, service average. We ordered an Americano for the end of the meal and was served a double espresso with milk on the side. When we pointed out the error the waitress was very defensive, bordering on rude arguing with us that, no this was an Americano...it really really isn't! And regardless, as the customer you really should have at least offered to get us what we actually wanted rather than try to have an argument with us about it.

FYI - If you google "How to make an Americano" your staff will find some very handy videos for future reference! #justsaying

Went to prezzo Friday night our best friends came from Plymouth thought we would go and try it out want a load of crap 40mins for our drinks then my husband found a hair on his starter then it took over an hour for our main then to top it all our friends burger was burnt not good and the staff were getting tables ready for the next day while our plates were still waiting to be cleared no one came to see if we were ok and the manger tryed arguing with my friend about the time the main came out never going there again

Recently visited for nephews birthday on Saturday evening. Awful service, terrible food. Ordered a pizza that came out with stale, dated, dry, chewy chicken pieces on that had gone yellow around the edges where it had obviously been reheated. Pizza had absolutely no taste to it at all, basically felt like eating air. My father ordered a steak rocket salad which consisted of 5 small strips of almost frozen steak and a handful of rocket for £11.60.. Over all we paid over £200 for a family meal and could have had better for £20 from Morrisons. Would strongly advise avoiding and going to Ask Italian if you're looking for good Italian food which is just above Prezzo.



Poorly ran, staff can be quite rude, food is disgusting, in serious need of an overhaul or they will no longer be trading in 6 months if they keep this up. The only thing they have got right is the decor!

Really disappointed with our visit. Where only 2 members of staff serving. Only about 4 tables being used on a Saturday afternoon!!

Waited ages for our food I would say we was in there for just under 2 hours, kids where getting restless.

Won't be visiting again £40 would of been better spent else where!

Over 1.5 hours to get our main food for 4 adults and 2 children. The staff don't care about looking after customers. The table and cutlery were dirty. No apologies. So ended up spending 3 hours there. Pizza was rock hard that could easily throw it. They only had 10 tables so only 30% of the overall capacity. Hate to see when it is busy. Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful, they served the starters and drinks and forgot to take order for mains, waited one hour, the staff did not seem to be bothered. We paid and left in the middle of the dinner and went to Nando's to finish our meal. Atrocious!!!!

Booked a table for 14 for my sons birthday, service wasn't great waiting a long time for food then when we recieved it meals were missing. The chicken looked stale and tasted very dry.. wouldn't go again, the decor is great but food and service very disappointing.
