We had a lovely meal here tonight. The staff and the food were faultless. They made such an effort when they found out it was my birthday! Thank you for finishing off my special day!

We had a lovely meal for our sons birthday. The food was great and the service was very friendly. Also they done a lovely touch and put a candle on his desert and all sang happy birthday

The food was amazing the staff were lovely. Even tho it's a bit on the expensive side it's make a great alternative to the normal grill house style of food.

Myself and hubby went to prezzo last night (10/1/18) for our wedding anniversary meal the food was lovely the service was great and the staff made us feel welcome would recommend prezzo to any one

Lovely sharing board for starters with the best calamari ever.. Our waitress was really nice too. �

Having used Prezzos as a family for a while now, I would like to say that Felixstowe, you really are the best restaurant we have been to, such a lovely cosy atmosphere, so thank you for making our day just perfect.

Had a lovely belated birthday celebration there last night with my family.

Food was lovely and service attentive without being intrusive.

We had stuffed mushrooms, brucheta and tomato, s, and for mains Calzone with salad and side of fries , and a spaghetti bolognaise, we were too full to order desserts, the meal was excellent, the staff were very attentive, a very good evening. P's the starters are quite large, so maybe next time skip starters for desserts....

The food was lovely although a little cold, the service was quite slow but it was busy. . The staff were under a lot of pressure.

Have always enjoyed prezzo tho and will always return. Great offers on for valentines too.

Had a lovely brushetta starter that was very filling, dudnt eat it all as what to save room for my main. Carbonara was tasty and served very hot. Hazelnut cheesecake was delish. Staff were nice, our only fault was that we seemed to be rushed through the whole eating experience. No sooner had one course been eaten then the next arrived! A breather in between would have been good.

Food as always fantastic, but sadly let down by very slow service. Staff friendly, but just not organised. And would put me off returning.

Went for a meal Saturday night took 35 minutes for our drinks to come to our table and nearly a hour for the food! The food was nice and expect a slight delay because it was a busy Saturday night but 35 minutes for drinks and nearly the hour for food was too long!

Poor mains! Carbonara swimming in grease, needs more consistency in the food! Only reason I didn't give 1* is because they deducted it off our bill without me having to ask

My nephew had his birthday meal there last night and I'm not impressed. It took an absolute age for our food to come out, most of which were OK, but my wife's pizza was nigh on impossible to cut with a dinner knife (why do they not slice it beforehand?). Then to cap it all, they stick you with a 10% service charge, as if their prices weren't high enough already. I think it will have to be Bencotto's in future far better food, atmosphere and no surprises on the bill!

The ladies lavatories are disgusting ! I have emailed guest relations in sept 2027 to complain to be told this would be addressed. 4mths later and they have not been cleaned since !!! Gross. If I could add pictures I would . Please ladies do not use their toilets. This is such a shame !

Never will we be going in to this prezzos again customer services (what is that in there they haven’t got a clue) ordered STARTER and main it all come together got a random glass of water (only one when there was 2 of us) that we didn’t even ask for.. when you complain they couldn’t careless no sorry or anything and then to get change back in non legal tender money what a joke of a place lots more to complain about but to much to write!!!!!!

Never have I ever had to walk around a restaurant to find a member of staff to get drinks , we where so fed up with the poor service we left and went to independent run cafe bar across the road after of course we walked around looking to find a member of staff to get our bill.
