The food tasted amazing. The staff not overly friendly. They didn't ask if our food was ok. Service with a smile makes all the difference.

So, I spilled a bottle of beer on the floor, looked like an idiot trying to cut my cake, and generally made a prat of myself (as per usual), but the staff were so helpful and understanding.



I love Italian food and this place did not disappoint. The desert in particular was amazing.

Really great venue. We've been to lots of Prezzos, and live near Brighton. This one in Trowbridge topped them all. Fantastic service, even though it was very busy, friendly staff and excellent food. There were 7 of us and we all enjoyed it enormously. Thank you Prezzo Trowbridge. Five stars all round

Quickly seated and was then able to move as large party was drowning out our conversation. Food and drinks order taken the waiting time was good. Nice food and martinis! Recommend this place.

10 of us went down to Prezzo this eve for my daughters 10th birthday celebrations. We all had a lovely time, food was delicious, great atmosphere and our waitress Chelsea was brilliant! She was very polite, smiley and attentive. Thanks again Chelsea for your brilliant service you definitely earned that tip!

Our two meals were excellent, very tasty with good sized portions. Would recommend it!

Attended for a team dinner along with my colleagues on one of the collegue's last working day. I had some prejudice about PREZZO. But that was cleared. Tried few varieties. All of them were fabulous and amazing !! Love to visit once more. :)

Went last night for a birthday meal, not been for a few months so the menu had changed. Prices have gone up and for some of the dishes the quantity has decreased. The crab cakes were particularly disappointing, 4 small scotch egg sized balls that were not worth the increase in price. Quality was ok but very slow service.

We went with a party of 10. The meal so okay, the music was too loud, one of our party didn't get his drink but we were later charged for it. They ran out of another drink and replaced it but we were charged for both. They didn't follow up on drinks during our meal either. I won't be going back again.

The food was far to much wish the staff would have said when I ordered of the main menu for my son it but took it home in a box ..so none wasted.. food fantastic Would haven 5 stars if the staff were a bit more welcoming

Normally go to prezzo for a date night with hubby as love the food. That wasn't the problem. We had to wait 15 minutes just to get our drinks on the table just as our starter came. Main came out pretty quick and hot which was fantastic. Same with the pudding which sadly was a little cold for a hot pud. When asked for the bill which was placed on our table only for the waitress to disappear and then wait another 15mins to pay! food was great but service lacked !!!!

Initially ok - order taken promptly, drinks and children's starters arrived in good time but mains had to be chased up after 40 min wait. Not enough staff?

Food ok, but service to be honest wasn’t good! Had to ask 4 times for a water jug and seemed to be forgotten about every time we asked for something.

Came out to celebrate my mums wedding anniversary. She ordered the belly pork which unfortunately was unedible on arrival so she sent it back and ordered something else, however the manager intervened with our waitress so when my mums order came out they had recooked the same meal. She then went hungry as she was so embarrassed by the disagreement between waitress and manager. My poor mum left feeling upset and embarrassed which is not good. She unfortunately will not be returning to Prezzo again, though the waitress did an amazing job trying to adhere to the needs of my mum but was spoilt so by management.

Brilliant attentive service . Fab we can use our Tesco clubcard vouchers ....only downsides are drinks are expensive and the rocket in the salad or with meals was rather dry and wilt

Waited ages for our food & then when it came my superfood salad which says on the menu chargrilled vegetables - what that meant was undercooked sweet potato - think that's vegetable singular! Out of four of us only one person happy with their meal, very disappointing.

Waited ages for meal had the chicken bacon and avocado salad no dressing 2 croutons and 2 tiny pieces of avocado not great for price....

The menu is now very limited. Too limited and no options of specials. Pizza toppings can be added but no clue on what toppings they have. Waitress agreed it was a backwards step.

My wife is highly allergic to mushrooms, Asked if the bolognese had these, and explained her situation, and was told no. A few minutes into the meal, low and behold, there's a slice of mushroom in the bolognese. It's okay though, they took the cost of her meal off the bill ! ! ! A bit of a dicey ride home, then she was straight on the big white telephone !

I normally love this place and it's a guaranteed satisfaction, but they have changed our good old favourites and I don't enjoy it at all x

First time going venue was lovely food was was lovely dessert was fantastic but sadly the waiter and waitress let the whole evening down I have never been somewhere where the staff are so so miserable.

due to the incompetence of the staff,who couldn't work out how to split a table of 10 ppl into 3 separate bills , as she was far too busy to do this ,(had we sat at 3 separate tables you would of had too , or where you just going to lump the whole restaurants bills together and ask the customers to sort out their own, as you asked us to do), who grossly overcharged us and couldn't work out how to subtract the meals added to our bill that we didn't order or eat , an issue that 2 days later has not been resolved , despite phone calls and e-mails , their customer service leaves a lot to be desired , (our bill totaled £!20,( we had discount vouchers ) you charged us £200+

We visited the Trowbridge prezzo. we were charge for all the children's meals....not happy at all I've been over charged by a minimum of £7.90 and I've tried ringing the Trowbridge prezzo twice put on hold then hung up on. Does this mean that as we were the only ones in there you wanted to make more money out of me ?!?!?! Not happy at all

Trowbridge takeaway late by 15 minutes last night and the pizzas were not what we ordered. Had to go back to the restaurant as the 'manager' said there was nothing he could do and then put someone else on the phone who hung up whilst I was trying to sort things out. No apology, just an offer to write something down to give us a free takeaway in the future which we didn't believe as they seem to change staff from month to month. Finally got my money back after being called a liar by a chef and this so called manager, who isn't the manager at all, but they kept saying if I wanted a refund I would need to call or write head office. No, you took my money quick enough. Finally they phoned an area manager and gave me cash. Very poor and will never go back.

My husband was served pink pork, we sent it back knowing full well undercooked pork is dangerous, to be told it comes cooked it just gets heated up in the kitchen. There was no understanding that undercooked pork could make people sick. 25 minutes later the replacement comes out burned. Shocking. Never going back.

We just walked out in the end unnoticed and unchallenged if a bit embarrassed. Complained on the company website today but no response, will not be going back.

Feel they have really cut back on their ingredients and the quality of the produce they use, however no reflection of this in the price. Pizza tasted fine but largely consisted of cheese and tomato and not much else. On top of this we were sat in a table in the middle of the room. I've never even seen tables in this particular area before, when the whole of the top section was empty, obviously didn't want to open it but was plenty busy enough to justify this.

Good ambiance but the quality is really poor. The chicken milanesa is just fried chicken with a random pasta, and the the burger was over cooked. For the price you expect something good but not. Ever again.

Family of 4 visited yesterday. Ordered Vesuvius pizza. When it arrived, no chillies. I questioned this and was told they had no fresh chilies in the restaurant?...When asked what could be done, unenthusiastic waitress came back after laughing with one of the chef's with a bowl of chili flakes. Not the pizza ordered and as the rest of the families pizza was served, faced a wait if I re - ordered. Overall, no atmosphere, poor waitress service and clearly no communication between staff as this simple issue could have been pointed out at the time of ordering. Will not visit again and will be contacting customer service. Had received poor service on previous visit too, didn't bother complaining about that visit as gave the restaurant the benefit of the doubt.
