Tina and Jim welcome you to Primrose cottage B& B, Tebay in the beautiful Eden valley. Tebay is ideally positioned for visiting the Lake district, Howgills, Yorkshire Dales and the Durham Dales.
There are lots of things to do in the area with lots of local walks, cycling routes and fishing on the river Lune (days permits available).
Ideally located as a stop off if travelling to either Scotland or the Southern counties and ideally positioned near to junction 38 of the M6.
4 en-suite rooms are available with free wi-fi included. One of the rooms is a self contained flat which has its own kitchen and lounge areas and ideal for longer lets as a base for exploring.
