Please could you advise your staff with changing rooms. Ok i get you have rules with 2 people in 1 changing room. But yesterday I was not aloud to take my 11 year old daughter in with me. Sorry but I do not feel comfortable leaving my child unattended in a public place. I think your staff need to use their common sense with these rules.

No staff on the shop floor to assist customers. 2 people on the til, 1 of which didn't have a clue so the other was always helping her! Ended up putting £110" worth of clothes back and walking out. Bad service!

I am incredibly disappointed, not with the service in P&B but with their online service. I ordered an item for in store pickup in January and am yet to receive notification to collect. I have tried going in store to see if it had arrived and with no luck. I cannot believe a company with such a huge customer base can be this incompetent when it comes to customer service. I have even emailed customer service and my email was ignored. It has now been a month since I placed my order. Unbelievable.
