We were really anxious about getting a dog walker with them being trusted with our key. But Lucy made us feel reassured from the beginning and Monte our french bulldog absolutely loved her. We were definitely sure we picked the right person.

Since using Lucy for the last 4 months we have been very impressed. She keeps us updated on Montes progress as we asked for advise on training due to him still being a puppy. He has come on leaps and bounds with Lucy in his life. Highly recommend to everyone we meet.

We contacted Lucy about visiting our puppy Labrador Berry whilst we were at work. Her initial correspondence were prompt and professional, and she came to visit Berry in her home to help us decide if her services were right for us. We could see Lucy has a true passion for dogs. She filled us with confidence, and we are really happy we chose to use Puppy Tales. Lucy is reliable, and Berry really looks forward to seeing her. The visits helps us by knowing Berry is happy and safe during the day. Lucy is attentive to the commands and routines Berry is learning, and helps with training we are doing. Lucy was kind enough to come and sit with us whilst my mummy went to her birthday party, this put mummy’s mind at rest as she was then able to enjoy her night out without worrying about what we were getting up to, especially as Jemima (a rescue doggy) doesn’t like being alone and has separation issues. Lucy made sure that we were comfortable and happy with her being here and she snuggled up with us both on the sofa giving us lots of cuddles and treats so we didn’t feel lonely or left out. We would definitely recommend Lucy and Puppy Tales to anyone looking for someone to cuddle with while their mummy’s and daddy’s are away!

Lucy was brilliant with my foster cat Gremlin, she made time to get to know him which is amazing and and show how good her rapport with animals is as he was very shy..Lucy was also brilliant with me, hate leaving my animals and being sent pictures and updates helped no end. Thank you so much...

Lucy visits Marlee our 4 month old Beagle 3 times a week when we are at work. Marlee instantly took to her and looks forward to Lucy's visits and walks. We have found her very professional and trustworthy and would highly recommend her. Marlee definitely agrees �

Lucy immediately had a great rapport with our 4 cats, with 3 of them queuing up for her attention and even the shy one coming to say hello. She looked after them well whilst we are away and I am confident about leaving them in her care in future.

Lucy has been fantastic with my pooch - very patient with her personality and amazing and communicating in a polite and helpful way. Glad we found her! 100% recommend.

Lucy has been brilliant so far with our gsd Chloe. She is not always the easiest dog,a strong willed,cheeky thing at times so she need someone who would be confident with her. She had been really good for Chloe and she loves walking with Lucy! She walks her twice a week and it looks like she has a wail of a time. Lucy also helps in an ad hoc way when needed which is so useful. Good value for money too!! Thank you Lucy!!

I can’t believe I’ve not wrote a review sooner!

I can not recommend Lucy enough. I worry about leaving our dogs with anyone but felt reassured from day 1 that our three were in the best of hands. For the first time in a long time, we left our dogs for 2 whole weeks and had lucy stay at our home and I can honestly say I didn’t worry once! We had regular chats, pictures and updates and the whole gang were very well looked after - they weren’t even that bothered when we got home so must of had too much fun without us =*) . One of our dogs is reactive and i never let anyone walk him but lucy is so good with him, very understanding with his needs and also keen to keep up with his training. Our three all absolutely love lucy - as do we and the only complaint i have is that we can’t take lucy with us when we move soon!! Hands down the best person you could have to look after your animals. Thank you SO much Lucy for everything you’ve ever done x

I can't reccommend Lucy enough! She was professional, friendly and offered very reasonable rates. My cat liked her so much he even brought her a mouse shaped present ☺ I will definately be using her again in the future.

From the very first contact Lucy was brilliant, so accommodating and really responsive and reassuring. Lucy and Ellie came to visit and we knew we had made the right choice. Ellie looked after Frank and Charlie for 4 days and she was brilliant. The boys were so happy with her. She kept me updated and followed all our instructions. Could not ask for a better dog walker! Lucy has been walking Holly a few times a week for a couple of months now, she is amazing and is one of the best things that has ever happened to Holly! And to us of course! She really knows her stuff and I wouldn't have anyone else now. Plus the treats she sells are brilliant, great value for money and keep her entertained for a long time, something which is quite rare! Thank you for everything you do Lucy ��
