Quercus Devon Ales

Quercus Devon Ales, is a family run brewery situated in the heart of the South Hams. The brewery was started in 2007, and brands include Shingle Bay, Prospect, Harrys and Best bitter.

At Quercus Devon Ales, we brew quality real ales in our Devon Brew House. We supply Public Houses across Devon and the West Country as well as retail outlets and supermarkets. We also sell to privately from our shop based in the Brewery. We brew 3 ales all year round with seasonal additions at Christmas and Spring. We are consistently challenging ourselves to brew more interesting and innovative ales and we hope that our adventurous innovation comes across in our beers.
