Autumn inspired scarf now off the loom, washed, pressed and ready for the stall at Court House farm on Sunday

I began exploring the technique or 'Echo and Iris' explained in the book by Marian Stubenitsky and from my experimentation and sampling emerged the structures and colour ways of my scarves. The wool used in the scarves is very fine and soft to touch, which gives the scarves a beautiful drape. Many hours of work has gone into each scarf and only one of each has been made.

I have now uploaded a selection of my new handwoven scarves. The scarves are available for purchase at £70 each. Each scarf is unique and measure approx 50cm wide by 95cm in length.I hope you like them.

The scarves are handwoven on a Louet Jane loom.
