Important Class Notice Due to low numbers aswell as its getting close to xmas and also as im doing some extra work on developing my olympic lifts and further studies ive deceided Sundays fitness class is cancelled for the rest of year it will return back in the new year. Thursdays class is not effected and will continue. Thanks for ur continued support

A little tip to get u throught the festive period. December is here and its the season to be jolly and enjoy all the festives of food and drink remember to be wise if u have a bad day dont let it set u back u have the rest of the week to get back on track ive said it before 1 bad day doest effect the overall picture. Ill explain how u can keep on track below. For example if u are on 2500 cal per day and u consume 4000cal on a saturday due to going out then thats an extra 150...0 cals this is where u can make the rest of the week count divide that over the remaining 6 days thats =250 cals so for the next 6days instead of 2500cals reduce it by the 250kcal to 2250kcals or do 30min extra exercise per day and ur back on track its all about getting the balance rite. If u need any help setting ur calories or need help with a workout plan im here to help just drop us a pm.

What have u eaten today? What was the last thing u ate? Did it contain all nutrients essential for the body? Did it have a high protein content or was it full of sugar? Are u training and not making progress with fat loss... are you feeling fatigued and tired its most likely down to ur nutrition? get in touch to get ur self on the rite track with correct nutrion advice that caters for ur goal either thats fat loss, endurance events or bulking up.

Just got back in from a fab day in manchester with the family which meant its been a non training day which for on a sunday is unlike me. Do i beat my self up for not training no i just treat it as an extra recovery day because recovery days are just as important as training days not only that i know i have plenty of time to train one missed session doesnt have to effect ur weeks process theres 7 days in the week and u have 6 other days to get it rite this is the same for calories u might have had a good(bad/enjoyable) weekend this can be corrected in the days ahead dont rite the whole week off due to 1 day . Also at this time of year i find it important to include social/family activities to refresh the mind and body.

It doesnt matter when u eat u have a 24hr window to consume ur daily calories if u need help setting urs get in touch Ur bodys works the same at any time of the day theres no switch off button at 6pm which turns you food to fat as long as u have a balance diet within ur calorie requirements based on ur goal u will loose weight and u can eat any time of the day without worry. So u can have ur cake and eat it obviously in moderation again within ur required calories.

What a great 1st boot camp session. Will Defo be going each week, loved the boxing gloves but so nice to do so many different activities. The 1/2 hr flew by and sooooo worth £1..... really looking forward to next week.....once the arms,legs and bum stop aching!!! �

Went to fitness training for first time thur eve by kiddies corner loved it will be a regular there what a great guy

Really enjoyed my first session. Feeling a little achy today though!! Will definitely be back for another session especially for the price. So much involved and for only £1!!!!

Only a matter of weeks into plan and can already see the results. Less fat and more muscles and growing strength.

Richard has devised a personalised and adaptive plan that is achieving the desired results. The plan pushes me more but at a pace I can cope with and is exactly what I needed.

Great personalised session yet again. I can see and feel the results and improvement every week. Brilliant to be able to tell Richard exactly what I want to achieve and then feel it happening.

Admittedly, my arms are now so tired I may never be able to wash my hair again, but I did say that I wanted to work on my upper body strength so I guess that is my own fault.

Cheap, friendly, easy going bootcamp... variety of ages - no pressure, you can push yourself as much as you want. Everyone helps each other, it’s a good laugh and I love it!! The Thursday evening class is only £1 for a 30-45 minute class & it’s great!! Thank you Richard!! �

Another PT session completed. I will never be another Denise Lewis and do wonder if I’m wasting my time but thanks to Richard’s understanding, patience & support I’m slowly progressing.
