have to give 5⭐️Would give 10 but unable to do so, had a important meeting at general hospital and not from around southampton, from london, so used to major delays on the road, I had a very polite driver and was very helpful and went out off his way to take me directly to the main area i needed to be, I think all the reviews that are bad on here look really dramatic and half of them don't seem to realise how busy a public service can get!! I will be telling most my colleagues to try this service, i will be in southampton for 6 weeks can't think of any other company that has manors respect clensiness!!



thinking I was going to be late the driver out of his way to as many short cuts as he can resulting in me being early rather than late which i thought I might be!! So very grateful for this!! Keep up the great work

Yesterday we had the most thoughtful driver. Our baby was poorly and upset all the way home. He offered support and tried to help him get off to sleep and even offered to put music on for him. He clearly cares about his customers!! Ref: 37628711 as can't remember his name! He deserves a mention!

Lost my phone on a night out in the back of the taxi rang the office who said they would look into it for me and by the next day I had a call from their office to say the taxi driver found it once he dropped Me home and had handed it to the office .

I booked 4 trips over the weekend and ALL of them were absolutely spot on for timing. They messaged me every time to say they were on there way and then messaged to say they were outside and gave colour of vehicle, model and registration number. I have used many taxis but never had one so efficient. The moral of the story is don't go by all the bad reviews that have been on this page.Some people may have a reason to moan but some just love moaning for nothing.10/10 all round service

Always my go to taxi service. The drivers are always very friendly and arrive quickly. Good fare.

Last week our driver went out if his way to help us find a lost wallet. We were his last drive for the night and instead of going home he drove us up and down helping us find it. Any other service I know would boot you out and leave you to it. Thank you taxi 232

Only use them every now and then, however I've never really had any issues with them. The only thing that I wouldn't touch with a stick is there laughable excuse of a mobile app. Hasn't worked properly in ages.

IPhone 6s space grey lost in the back seat behind the driver, Saturday 30th June at about 20:00. 63 plate Blue Skoda Octavia estate dropped me at Shamrock Quay Marina. Drivers name was Mandeep.

I contacted the office after 10 minutes the driver checked, no phone there, I then called my number it went straight to voicemail despite the 25% battery level just before I got out of the car.

Would love to speak to the next fair in this taxi please.

‪Completely disgusted at Radio Taxis service. Taxi driver leaves 5 minutes early and even after chasing him down the road to ask him to come back he said he’ll turn around and simply drives away! As a result my mother misses her train home! DO NOT use this company. ‬

We prebooked a taxi for 11:30pm. At 11:40 we called and were told it would be another 20 minutes because “there were no drivers in the area”. This seemed odd because we had specifically booked a taxi in advance for that reason. At 12:00 we called and were told it would be another 40-60 minutes, and were reminded that our original booking time was “only approximate”. I reminded the dispatcher that an hour and a half is well beyond a reasonable delay and asked to speak to the manager but after a few moments of silence was told “the manager is too busy to speak to you”. Finally around 12:15 we got a text with a link showing our taxi was around 20 minutes away. Despite the dispatcher seeming to know the pickup location when I made the original booking (it was a wedding venue), around 12:30 the driver called because he was not sure where to go. By that point we had managed to hail an Uber, which was on its way, and we were able to make it home. Many of the other guests at the same wedding had similar issues with Radio. Would not recommend, would not use again.

We booked at 18.30 on the app for 11.30 we phoned them at 11.55 to be told it will be another 30 mins!!!! No way will we use this company ever again! And will make sure every business we deal with will no longer use them again. Worst company ever. No way to run a business

Used these guys Wednesday, my driver was okay to start for the first minute of the journey, I soon realised he had no road sense, he was sexist toward women drivers, and though it was a good idea to go on his phone whilst driving � did email but all they want to do is “talk to him” so he’ll probably get away with it...

Thanks for that Radio! Call for a cab and tell operator it's me travelling with a small dog, accept the extra £2 charge for the dog and we're told about 20mins wait. Within 10min cab is outside. I approach the driver who informs me he won't take the dog as he is allergic!!!??? Did the operator not send through on the technology in the car that it is a pick up with a dog???? Driver tells me he will get another car sent out but doesn't know how long. Tries to call office, no answer. So I say just cancel it I'll walk!! So, I start walking to then get a text saying "driver could not find me"....... YOU WHAT????

Therefore your number has been deleted from my phone and I will not be using your company again. Lack of communication...... happens in a lot of companies these days.

Terrible service. 15 mins late so missed our boat by 2mins now hot am hours wait with 2 small tired children. Texts received to say driver was waiting but wasn't; called twice but no help. Told them we had a boat to catch.

Used twice the first time extremely slow old driver but gave them benefit of the doubt; never again.

Use a more reliable service if you need to be somewhere!

If I could give Radio Taxi’s a 0* I most definitely would! We ordered a taxi for my very sick, disabled grandad to take him to an urgent doctors appointment and there was no show of the taxi 15 mins after they were due to arrive. We called Radio Taxi’s and they said no one was coming as the driver who was meant to collect him didn’t come in. Despite re-confirming the day before they didn’t think to let us know or find an alternative! Absolutely disgusting and we will not be recommending Radio Taxi’s to anyone and will definitely be telling family & friends about this!

No member of staff that works here would like it if someone treated a sick member of their family like this yet think it’s okay for a paying customer to be treated badly.

I ordered a taxi this afternoon to take me from Bugle Street to Arthur Road, usually a 5-8 minute journey, and the usual charge is around £6.



The driver didn't take the usual, easy, direct route; he took a roundabout way; then instead of arriving in Arthur Road, he got to Atherley Street and asked where he should drop me. By this time I had been in the taxi for almost 20 minutes, and the charge was £9,60 (almost £10!) so I told him just to pull up and I ended up walking the rest of the way.



I feel completely ripped off!

Booked a taxi last night for this morning, didn’t turn up had to call customer services to tell me it wouldn’t be here for an hour, I’m now late for work, don’t bother complaining because whoever works on the phone just hangs up on you ��

All I can do is apologise. Shall I just give your driver a pound and say the same thing when he’s an hour late? Four phone calls to chase, and still, no one knows where the cab is. The only excuse was ‘it’s a bit out of our area’. Don’t take my booking then, if you can’t manage it in a decent time. Zero stars. Rubbish. Just batting the responsibility back and forth between the driver and the office. Never again. Be warned.
