*T& Cs - All livery to be paid in advance. Horses for sale may only be held with a deposit for maximum period of seven days in which time a vetting if desired must take place, horses will not be held without a deposit, once a vetting is complete to a satisfactory standard the purchase must be complete with full value of sale price paid within 48hrs of vetting completion. Only once paid in full may the horse be removed, after sale completion date the horse will attract livery charges at the prevailing rate for the duration of it's overstay, The vendor reserves the right to withdraw from sale at any time and without penalty, prior to completion should they be concerned about the future welfare of the horse under the custody of the purchaser. No holding deposit will be returned after seven days, failure to complete sale within the 48hrs stipulated forfeits the right to purchase, and the horse will be returned to the market at full value. *
