Well what a great day with the team dynamic drivers at Rally Day, Picked up car Thursday put a new silencer on the exhaust and the car ran faultlessly all day only a steering pump working loose but was quickly repaired and carried on for the rest of the day.

Was great to have a few runs at the feature stage as well.

Think all in all a very successful day huge thanks to Colin and Richard Knott for the invite and what a great team of guys and girls we had helping us out brilliant.

User

Such a great atmosphere and well organised. Very very different to the likes of spring action day forge etc. Enjoyed it immensely and will return to this year after year. Thank you

User

Really Great place to get up close to the rally cars you love from all eras .

A really enjoyable day , relaxed atmosphere where the drivers of past/present/future are very friendly & seem to enjoy the day just as much if not more .

It's just off the motorway too , so the fun starts then when you see people en-route driving their cars to rally day .

Loads of trade stalls . . Entry fee wasn't much either for what you get .

User

Fantastic day. One of the best years to date. Superb atmosphere and great for the family as well as the enthusiasts.

User

Fantastic day,the weather helped too by being a sunny day.

Brilliant to see the drivers in a more relaxed style and in person, everything on the day was very well planned and it's worth a visit

User

Fantastic day with the Four Yorkshire Musketeers and the rest of the Prime Filleters. Weather couldn't have been better. Thanks to Tim Nash for organising another great day for us.

Maybe next time get myself sorted with a blast round the stage.

User

3rd year I've attended as a spectator and loved it. I thought a lot more cars this year and the theme of this year showed the variety of cars and drivers. Of course would of like more Group B but me and my friend knew that the 6R4 anniversary would not be beaten. Liked the new amount of cars on stage and ashame time was lost due to the Nissan 240 fire but it can't be helped and safety comes first. I missed the doughnuts near end of the stage and longer special stage I didn't get time to look at. See you all again and amazing owners showing and driving their cars next year !!

User

Well we had a great day out with Granddad, Sons and Grandsons. We will be back in a year or two. We were there for six hours and believe we had seen what was on offer. I must to admit it got a bit boring seeing the same cars going round and around. Being a retired stage rally driver I thought the off-road stage could certainly be more interesting (layout and selection of cars). We all walked straight pass the 4x4 as not quite what was going on there. Enjoyed the food from the Cafe which was very reasonabley priced. Thank you

User

It's now become another Japfest on the track apart from feature stage and hardly any Group B rally cars present seems to revolve around Scooby and Evos the Evos even had a huge presence in the main paddock and many historic rally cars relegated to outside main paddock !!!

£30.00 on the day price plus programme to see so few "real" rally cars seems a bit steep. More relevant content or lower gate price.

Only missed 1 rallyday since it's inception but seeing what happens next year maybe we've seen the best of Rallyday.

User

Fantastic day out and great to see a different variety of Rally cars you don't normally see . A big thumbs up to all involved as it's a mammoth task to stage and keep finding new content . A great mix of old relics and up to date machinery . For me the only down side was it seems to have gone back to putting road cars on display in the paddock area , last year for me it was much more Rally Day , the car clubs etc have every other event and show / track day. Keep Rally Day pure !

User

Organisation on getting club members into the event was a shambles allowing cars to exit for the track along a single road causing huge delays and tail backs out onto the roads, barely enough room onour stand to fit the cars.

Other than that a good day had by all

User

Had a great day out, but having not been for a few years noted a lack of car numbers (ir so it seemed) and the rally stage layout seemed a bit of a mess, that last zigzag double back bit just caused traffic jams and confusion.

That being said parking and entry was flawless and access to all availiable cars was great also. Will be back next year

User

Firstly, well done to the organisers, I know how hard and demanding it can be.

Attending your event was a good day, but I felt it was lacking the "rally" theme.

Yes there was rally cars there, but the cars driving around, I felt they had been told, no fancy stuff?

The stage where people was being interviewed was very poor.

Sorry for the negative feedback, but I feel the £25 entry fee didn't warrant what you had on offer.

User

Its fair to say imo that this years event was a shadow of its former self...Organisers should look into the meaning of RALLYING and what it entails, I did however still enjoy my day, but that was mainly due to the good company of the people I attended with....

User

It was awful trying to get in to the disabled parking area. We have been many times and not had trouble like we did this time. The action was good but again pervious years were a lot better

User

I have attended every Rallyday from the start. Year on year it has become more successful and bigger/better. The format has always worked. I don't see any reason for changing it this year and it was a bit disappointing. Still a good day but I feel is popularity is on the decline. It needs to attract more top teams and drivers/clubs, if they go then so will the fans. The rally stage in previous years at Westway was good to watch, along with the main feature stage out of the pits, this years format didn't work for me. Only 4 - 5 cars taking part in the awdc infield demonstration? What was that all about? Went down to the rally field, nothing going on there. Where were was the rallycross demonstration, I thought it was part of the main event and would be in the pit area or did I blink and miss it. Completely missed the interviews as the stage was hidden by lorries, my son left early as he said the main paddock resembled a motorway service area with lorries everywhere, the grassed areas always used to be the main car display area! I would like it to go back to how it was and also make it a two day event to enable us to see everything. I am also a season ticket holder for Castle Combe so I think £25 admission is getting a bit pricey. That was £100 for my family and as I said, my sons left after an hour!

User

Having attended every Rallyday since the beginning this year was a disappointment. Poorly organised and poorly attended. The so-called track "action" was not up to previous years either. In a previous comment someone said they were told to leave for doing a donut. It's RALLY day for crying out loud, if the cars aren't going sideways or doing donuts what's the point? Did anyone give Petter Solberg a bollocking for doing donuts in the pit lane a couple of years ago? I doubt it.

Don't think I will bother next year.

User

What an absolute shambles

13 years of attending and supporting this event with our 2 car clubs

15 cars and a marquee space pre-booked and paid for , only to be allocated a plot large enough for half the cars and no room for the club marquee

Which meant half our club members had to be put on another car clubs stand!!!

User
