My darling daughter is sat in the office today with a cold so my little box of magic potions is out doing itвҖҷs work to help sooth, restore and heal.
Bergamot - phototoxic if used before going outside in the sunshine - reduces anxiety, stress and depression, good for flu, colds, bronchitis and sore throats.
Rosemary - Avoid using if Pregnant, suffer with epilepsy or have high blood pressure - clears the mind, great for memory, good for arthritis, headaches, flu, colds, sinusit...is and improves circulation.
Frankincense - safe to use - uplifting, relaxing, good for asthma, coughs, laryngitis and catarrh.
Approximately 30 mil of water has been added to this blend of 3 x drops of each essential oil.
