Re-Energize offers professional one-to-one therapy and /or training by an advanced level 4 Sports Therapist who has been in the fitness industry since 2002.
I am also a qualified advanced level 3 Fitness Instructor, who is qualified to work with people with disabilities and GP Referrals, as well as teach exercise to music such as aerobics, spin classes and many more.
Currently based at Polkyth Leisure Centre in St Austell.
