Our house is slowly getting Frenchic Furniture Paint treatment. Parchment on walls, whitey white on fireplace and whier than white on paintwork! Just need to paint the two units either side of the fireplace now!

As the temperatures go down well below zero tonight, don't forget to bring any Frenchic Furniture Paint in from the shed or garage as it's water based and will freeze!! Keep warm everyone!

Our new home for our shedders Swindon Makerspace. Woodwork Tues 10 to 2 and upholstery 10 to 1pm. What would you like them to be making this term?

Does anyone have any bedroom/dining chairs, or other (not too complicated) items of furniture our shedders can start working on? We start our upholstery sessions again this Thursday and are needing a few items as we have finished all our other projects. Please let us know and we will come and collect or you can pop them over. All proceeds go back into the project.

Hi everyone. We are doing a Frenchic Furniture Paint order today and we have to order £275 plus VAT so if anyone is planning to buy some over the next couple of weeks, please let us know so we can make sure we make the most of the order and don't run out and have to do a small order separately. Hooray! We can now announce that we have a new home for Renew Men's shed. Swindon Makerspace, Unit 34, Cheney Manor Ind. Estate. Details being worked out but could mean the men will have 24/7 access to a wood workshop, metalworking, electronics, a spray booth as well as upholstery and other things. Swindon Storage have given us some space at a good rate opposite Makerspace for 3 months so we are back up and running! Long term storage for donations and retail space still to sort. Frenchic Furniture Paint collection and delivery service now available.

We have managed to source a new temporary workshop, some storage, pack and clear the building in 4 days!! An amazing job. Thanks so much to everyone who has helped in some way and to everyone who has supported us in Old Town over the last year. We've loved being there!! More news to follow!

Time for a new permanent shed!!! We have heard today that permanent tenants have been found for 121 Victoria Road and we have been asked to vacate the building this week! The shop will be open tomorrow and Thursday (for clearance sale) but will then be closed until we can find somewhere else.
We are looking for a permanent workshop to continue and expand our work and possibly some retail space. Please share this post and if anyone can help, please let us know. In the meantime, we will set up a paint hotline to make sure you can still pick up your Frenchic paint supplies!
