... 1. Make sure you are sitting or lying in a comfy position 2. Take some normal breaths. Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. 3. Inhale through your nose for the count if 4 4. Hold for the count of 7 5. Exhale out through your mouth making a woosh sound (like the waves) for a count of 8
Repeat for 4-5 cycles. If you feel lightheaded or short of breath return to normal breathing pattern
