ABOUT ME
After Studying Interior Design (BA Hons) at Southampton Solent University, I decided rather than moving to the big city and struggling to stand out amongst the masses of designers, I wanted to stay in my home town of Stubbington and work my way through here, designing one home at a time. I have always lived in the same area and don't feel I have to move to London to create a name for myself.
Interior Design and Styling is my absolute passion, I am a hard and dedicated worker. Prior to my degree I studied at Fareham College, completing a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Fashion Design and Textiles. I have extensive knowledge in design, drawing and sewing. It was here I was first introduced to working with CAD /CAM programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrater to showcase high quality computer based designs and illustrations. University allowed me to further extend my design skills, introducing me to VectorWorks and Sketch Up which I still use today to create my 3D visualisation plans.
After having the opportunity to study both Fashion and Interior Design I have learnt that my true Passion is Interior Design and Styling. Many of the projects organised by the college /university have allowed me to work in conjunction with companies such as Linden Homes, New Forest Hotels, Blendworth and Fat Face.
