Sorry follower's, I keep forgetting to add photos of my work so here is one of my own I finished yesterday. Rebuilt from past years bike, the dura ace from the lapierre I sold a couple of months ago and upgraded brakes and saddle plus new tape. Also a smattering of carbon PRO bits and dura ace on ambrosio excellight rims made by yours truly. 8kg without the water and pump but including everything else (guards,pedals,cages,garmon Mount). Nice!! Test ride today, someone turned the rain on specially.

Assist in sourcing this ex display argon 18 gallium pro for the new owner. Then size supplied and fitted the correct campagnolo press fit bb cups for the frame before fitting the customers own record chainset.

Race prep. Fit new Mech hanger, chain, cassette and bar tape. Remove cranks and check BB. Re set rear mech limits and adjust B tension screw. Polish and bolt check.

Blackmailed into servicing this!!! Well I did build it new 2 years ago and then build the wheels a fortnight ago so I suppose it is only fair. Full service, new bb, replacement of both brake cables and new tape as well as all the usual cleaning and adjustments.

A quick once over and clean, all set up done, new brake inners, new 105 brake calipers, a quick true, rear hub strip and reassembly. Boom!

A wee bit more service work. Full drivetrain decrease and service. Both wheels trued. All torque settings checked. Both brake miners, chain, cassette and bar tape replaced. Set up sorted and new upgraded front and rear 5800 brake calipers supplied and fitted

Just some emergency repairs. Bike not shifting correctly. Investigate and locate right shifter full of frayed gear cable and swarf. Untape bar, remove damagedncable and pick out parts. Rerun new cable and retape then index gears. Rear wheel trued. Advice rec worn rear freehub bearings and outer chainring.

A little challenging!!! Full service, wheels trued full deep clean and regrease etc. Strip of rear hub, replace bearings drive side and non drive side. Remove old binding BB, cross threaded shell found. Re cut and tap BB thread. Supply and fit 6800 ultegra BB. Strip headset. Source supply and fit binding lower headset bearing. Run new rear brake cable. Set up both front and rear brake calipers which had been disassembled to get them working correctly. Finally sort indexing issues with Di2. Ready to rock!
