This is the fabulous Paul who collected his new Joop specs today. He was very happy with the service and his glasses. We now have a challenge to look for a brighter frame for the next time.

In just over a week I had my eyes tested, frames picked, lenses made and new glasses (with a lovely posh case) ready to go. First class service, special thanks to Lorna for helping me pick flattering frames 👌😁

I've been experiencing some problems with my eyes over recent weeks & made the decision to book an appointment at Robinson's. I am delighted with my new glasses, the care and advice received from the team and would highly recommend to anyone putting off their eye exam! Thank you Robinson's, great service.

I had my first experience (aged 42) at Robinson’s yesterday and it was outstanding service from start to finish...... John was very attentive and explained everything I needed to know ...... service from reception staff was immediate and very professional..... and returned today to choose my frame with lorna who spent quality time explaining shapes and fit (important) ...... and I LOVE my new glasses..... very very happy and thank you for the latte..... not at all the vision I had of an opticians at all..... it was very relaxing and enjoyable ......10/10 overall xx

After trying a highstreet opticians and not getting anywhere I came here and must say the service is outstanding. The care and professionalism of the staff is great and they really put me at ease.
