Shared kitchen with cooker, microwave, sink, washing machine. We offer one fridge and cupboard space per room.
Shared bathroom with another separate toilet.
Shared garden at rear of property.
Plenty of fast food restaurants close by. Doctors and pharmacy in next road.
Close to Shirley for major bus stop routes. Short walk or car /bus journey to City Centre and main train station. On street (unrestricted) parking available.
NO SMOKING allowed anywhere in the house.
Utility and Council Tax bills included in rent.
