Ruby Slippers Show School Description
The Ruby Slippers Show School is a brand new type of Theatre School which focusses its training on performing and performances rather than training for examinations. We currently run dance and performance classes at The Lights Theatre, Andover. Classes are fun, exciting and energetic with a wide range of styles and techniques taught. Class Timetable
Tuesdays: Twinkles (ages 4-7) 4: 45-5: 30pm
Thursdays: Mini Gems (ages 2-4) 3: 30-4: 10pm
Glitters (ages 8-11) 4: 30-5: 30pm
Ruby Performers (ages 8 + ) 5: 30-6: 00pm
Sparkles (ages 12 + ) 6: 00-7: 00pm
Diamonds (ages 15 + ) 7: 00-8: 00pm

This weekend has been all about learning. Myself and a couple of my salsa students attended One Dance Latin Festival in Bournemouth to develop our salsa knowledge from some of the most talented dancers I've ever met as well as to learn a couple of new styles too. Such an incredible weekend filled with too much laughter, tonnes of dancing and a few new friends thrown in for good measure. I am so proud of my salsa chicas for being brave, trying new things and for wanting to learn with me. Now to rest my feet...💃👣💤
The new Diamonds have been settling in well to their new class so much so they have already learnt and finished a whole dance for the show in December!
When you turn around and your Taptastic Junior class members have decided to pose against the wall...crazy bunch!
Yesterday was a day I have waited for for over a year. I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and this show was unbelievable. Literally blown away by it. So worth the wait! #keepthesecrets

A huge thank you to everyone that attended the grand opening of Emerald Studios yesterday. It was so wonderful to have so many of you there to celebrate with, I couldn't be more grateful for your support as we officially open this new chapter for Ruby Slippers.

Since joining Dance Zone with Lauren, my daughter has grown in self belief and confidence. For many years she has not wanted to perform even school productions, Easter bonnet parades or have happy birthday sung to her. Now she is performing on stage on Sunday!
Lauren is fantastic! My daughter adores her and Taite. Fantastic school :-) xx
