Rupert has a breadth of knowledge within the sporting industry having played professional rugby from the age of 18 and gained an Elite Personal Trainer Qualification from the Training Room Fitness First Academy in 2012.

Although a relative new-comer to the Fitness Industry, Rupert Freestone Personal Training has developed a proven track record in Personal Training, with clients from Cornwall, to Manchester. (A reference can be obtained should any prospective clients request. )
