really thankful to Helen on clothing today she went out of her way to find me an item that was not on the rail x I didn't catch his name a young lad served me at the till very cheerful , good customer service , so well done !

To the guy on the customer service desk on Saturday afternoon, thank you so much for helping me get my mobile phone back & massive thanks to the guy who found it in the car park & was honest enough to hand it in �

They sell products I can't easily find anywhere else (e.g. Kimchee and itsu vegetable udon noodles). And the trees in the car park are beautiful.

Thank you to the trolley person for bringing our forgotten items to customer services due to us forgetting them in the trolley after shopping. Also thank you to customer services for keeping them for us. Really appreciate that great service!

Massive thank you to Neil at Water Lane, he agreed to replace some wine I had left in my trolley in the car park. When I got to the shop it had been handed in! Restored my faith in great customer service and honest people!

Easy shopping �, huge car park and good location. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

As a wheelchair user, I can find it difficult unloading my shopping from my basket to the conveyer belt at the tills. My partner usually does this, but he had to get something we had forgotten. My till worker was Jack (a young man of college age), whom I have to say went above and beyond. He could clearly see that I was going to be unable to steer my chair and hold the basket, so he let me fill up a section of the belt and then moved it along so I could fill up the next bit. He waited, very patiently, until I was finished and then offered to pack for me, getting out of his seat to lean across, meaning I didn't have to stretch to give him my bags. He spoke to me very politely and we shared a laugh about our packing skills. Once he was done with my shopping, he was happy to wait the minute or so it took for my partner to come back and then helped him pack the rest. I was very grateful for his help, and wanted to thank him from the bottom of my heart for making, what could have been difficult and embarrassing experience, very easy. So thank you, Jack.

Terrible service from Sainsburys home grocery deliveries today, a text this morning to say they were having trouble and would be back in touch before delivery slot.. ..5.30pm. It's now 8.30pm and no word. I tried to call customer service twice, was just in a queue for ages so called the store to be told there had been an IT issue this morning and orders weren't received by the store and a percentage had been done by pen and paper. My order didn't get done, nor is it going to. Was told to go back online and book another slot but I won't get tomorrow now ! Thanks Sainsburys for letting me know and for your excellent customer service....not. I will be cancelling my delivery pass and using another supermarket.

Have noticed that a number of basic products have disappeared from the shelves of Sainsbury's. Basic orange squash and basic summer fruits squash. I can only think they have been withdrawn due to their success. The price of the basic range is about 20p cheaper than the own brand version. By removing the basic and forcing customers to buy the own brand profits are driven up. Well not in this case because I will drive to Waitrose and buy their essential orange squash. I purchase 6 bottles a week for the local cricket and football club - so work out the lose on that a year. Plus the other items I buy fir the club might as well get those from Waitrose as well.

The state of the car park is a disgrace very little snow cleared and the trolley area is not much better. It is a health and safety hazard the the manager needs to be carefully that he personal does not get sued by a customer how gets hurt out there!

Ladies word of warning do not use the portacabin toilets outside at the above whilst they refurb the ones inside not safe at all - was met by a man by the sink area and the portacabin main door locks from the inside via a handle - not safe ladies - take care of yourselves xxxxxxx

Jam doughnuts are missing the jam - this has not been a one off - it's frustrating when you promise the kids jam doughnuts and none of them have jam in! Sort it out please.
