Went into Sainsbury's at St Ann's way, saw some lovely dresses for my granddaughters, my problem was I needed age 3 and a 6/7 the only sizes they had on rail was 3 and 12 but there was a mannequin wearing the dress I liked and a size 7, well I asked if I could have the dress and thanks to Ang and Roz they sorted the dress for me, one very happy customer xx

They always have what I am looking for nut the only thing I'd that there is not a lot of DVDs

Service - Excellent!

Food - (soup) very tasty!

Will definitely come again, as the ladies who served me just couldn't have been more helpful and most of all - friendly. 👍👌

I love Sainsburys at St Annes Way in Gloucester. We often go to the restraurant for a breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly, its very clean and the service is excellent. I also do my shopping there as there is plenty of parking and lovely wide aisles which helps as my husband is disabled. Keep up the good work

Had a great morning sat outside in the sun at Sainsburys cafe.

Cheap place to have lunch with a view of the river and cathedral. Lovely sunny balcony, no booking, no clambering, free parking, no rip off my family loved it.

The cafe alone is worth the visit. Staff always helpful and polite.

Customers should learn to be a bit more tolerant to new starters on the job. A new girl was starting to get a bit stressed at the impatient customer in front of me, until I politely pointed out that tutting and sighing would only slow the staff member down.

Two weeks later, she remembered me and was working away like a pro

Normally enjoy the Cafe. The Carrot cake is pretty good for £1.50. Coffee and service good. Unfortunately I had to endure a mockney sounding middle manager baffle his much younger Co worker with waffle on KPI's and rubbish.

The staff who work front-line at Sainsbury all pretty decent and I dare say underpaid. Management team.....well.

Oh and what's the 5 day turnaround the customer isn't suppose to know about?

User

Not the best sainsburys around but always has shelves well stocked, plenty of choice and mostly helpful checkout staff. Just a small thing but as a person with walking difficulties who doesn't have a blue badge and uses a stick it's made more difficult when there are chippings scattered over the car park - perhaps a large brush and an hour of someone's time once a day might help.

The petrol station on the other hand is great. Staff always really helpful and friendly. Easy to find things and a good selection.

Service was awful tonight and the girl who was helping the cashiers wants to learn a bit about customer awareness and service - if she thinks I am going to stand around like a dummy while she takes care of other customers in the middle of serving me she can think again! Had vouchers from Sainsbury's with no restrictions and they would not accept them and had me waiting three times - firstly to help the cashier , then while she spoke with a faceless manager and dealing with another query on her way back in front of us and then when we asked to speak with the manager she went to another cashier and got involved with another customer - does she really think that I am going to stand around all night waiting on her ! No chance !

I've been calling your Gloucester Quays store since 10am this morning and the phone is just constantly ringing. Are the phones broken....

I'm extremely disapointed. As a mother of twins I need a 2 seated trolley. I complained about lack of them several weeks ago and was told they would order some. Yesterday I returned to the store with the twins. Still no 2 seated trolleys. Callum....who was extremely helpful and professional (trolley collector) went out of his way to find one for me but was unable to.

There are several 2 seated trolleys attached to a chain at the back of the trolley sheds which no one has the key for. So..... I had to leave sainsburys yet again unable to use my vouchers or browse the 25% sale. Disapointed yet again and wastes time and journey!
