Went to have breakfast with our friends, had big breakfast, junior breakfast, big breakfast barm & sausage barm! Good quality food, high standard of service! Would highly recommend!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you and well done to all the staff present during the incident at Sainsburys Barnwood this afternoon. The store was evacuated extremely quickly, calmly and staff were constantly checking all the customers were safe and reassured. Thank you all xxx

I broke down outside the garage yesterday and was helped by staff straight away and was even offered a cup of tea! Staff are always so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much �

Greatest customer care I have ever experienced! In August, I fainted in the car park and it was very distressing for me as I was on my own. The staff were very caring and looked after me until my boyfriend was able to come to me. They put me at ease and it wasn't as much of a traumatic experience because of the amazing staff!

Easy to get to and park. Fuel is cheaper than average. Good for shopping...

Happy to write a review as since my 94 year old Mum finds walking around the supermarket difficult we have taken to using one of the wheelchairs provided and the trolley that attaches. A wheelchair has always been available and the staff at service desk helpful! Yesterday one of the men collecting trolleys helped us take the shopping to the car and took the wheelchair back! We really appreciated this help. Staff are always friendly, and there is a good range of food.

Find the staff very friendly and helpful. Love cafe most times have a latte services is excellent. Prices mostly competitive on everyday items. Can find unusual items for special diets can be pricey on somethings. Love the muttigrain bread always fresh and will cut in larger slices.

Called in to have breakfast, the omelette with ham and mushroom was really nice at a good price. Called in again this morning and asked if I could pay for a sandwich I had picked up from the sandwich area, with my breakfast but was told they are not allowed to! The staff are always friendly and polite and the breakfast is always good.

Another shoplifter stopped!

Perhaps I should get a job on security there as they do it in front of me!

New scan & go payment area very poor- lacks space designed purely for dexterous one armed folk no where to deal with problem items where the scales didn’t work �no where for you to place your wallet or purse . Grr . How in the hell will a rescan work in that cramped area?

Hand held Self scan service is shocking. 2 handsets died on me with 10 minutes of being there, and the self scan till always has non self scan customers there so it's far from an 'instant' check out experience!

Why are the self scanners available to use if their batteries are flat?!
